Staff has been trying to over charge my card I spent 309 209 for cost of room and 100 deposit all of which that came out of my account. Upon checking out they wanted to charge my card an additional 109 dollars

Staff was freindly
shower was completely out of shower gel. There was no ice machine on our floor. Breakfast was from 6:00-9:00. We got there at 8:45 and they were out of omlettes. I asked the Cook if they had any more and she stated, no, and that she was not making any more because by the time she would get done with them it would be 9:10 and she only cooks until 9:00
decent stay, quick check in.
i payed 200 dollars for this stay expecting a pool and a typical hotel belgian waffle. and when i got there the pool was closed for the next week and the breakfast waffle mix was empty. besides this all was well

Room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The room is updated with nice furniture. The TV was a great size. There are plugs and usb connections everywhere. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the nightly glass of hot tea before bed. What more could you ask for? We will be back!

We checked into this hotel today, 1st November 2025. We have been pleased with Hampton Inns on previous trips but this hotel is awful ! Tiny room , dark, no desk, no chair, cramped and uncomfortable. We will never stay in a Hampton Inn again based on this experience.
We had the unfortunate experience of a car breakdown on I 95 in Virginia. Our car had to be towed to a dealer and the closest one was in VA Beach. We picked this Hampton Inn for close proximity to the car dealership and were so fortunate that we did. The hotel was clean,the staff were kind, empathetic and supportive. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room clean and welcoming. A big thank you to the breakfast staff. You're doing everything right. I would like to thank the wonderful staff who kept our spirits up and went above and beyond to make us comfortable while we were stranded without a car for two and a half days. They assisted us in planning with late check out times and extending our reservation. A big thank you to Nydia,Nis and Desiree for your exceptional customer support . We wish you the best and will not forget you all.
