If you want to stay at an iconic property that has hosted more A-listers than probably any other hotel, this is the place to stay. You’ll feel like a celebrity staying here.
Easily the best experience I’ve had at a hotel by a mile. Every staff interaction was remarkable, they will make you feel like a VIP no matter who you are. It’s Dorchester Collection so I had high expectations and they were exceeded in every way. I was absolutely blown away by this hotel.
I was emailing back & forth with Andrew at Concierge Services before the stay for restaurant recommendations, special surprises for my wife during our stay, etc and not only were they extremely helpful but they overdelivered in every way possible and because of them it was a perfect stay from start to finish. They asked if we were celebrating anything and what I was wanting as far as cuisine and atmosphere for restaurants and they booked everything for me and sent me a full itinerary of our stay, including off-site restaurants & activities. I didn’t have to lift a finger and my wife was like “how on earth did you secure a spot at these places?”. I can’t say enough about Concierge here it is absolutely over the top good. I felt like I could have requested anything in the world from them or front desk and they would find a way to do it.
Our needs were not only met by staff but anticipated. Valet AND front desk greeted us by name on arrival without me even saying who I was first. Private tour and escort to the room by front desk upon arrival. Beautiful little cake with candles for my wife’s birthday and champagne on ice and chocolate strawberries to celebrate a milestone in our marriage. Handwritten note from the General Manager John welcoming us to the hotel. And we had just booked an entry-level room it’s not like we were high rollers there. They asked if I needed a steamer during our stay, I said yes and i expected a handheld but they bring up a full stand-up Jiffy steamer which is like the best steamer you can buy. Room service menu is incredible. Complimentary car service to anywhere within a few miles of the hotel.
The room, property and grounds are beautiful and 99% of everything has the hotel logo and tons of the signature pink stripes & green palm theme which is so charming. Very chic and posh people everywhere but the staff is so attentive to you that it does not feel pretentious whatsoever.
All dining venues are excellent, the Polo Lounge was superb; we got dinner on the patio our first night and Jeremy was the best waiter I have ever had in my life and I have been to some exceptional restaurants. I don’t even want to call him a waiter, he was a gracious host, an entertainer with tons of fascinating stories behind the dishes, history of the hotel and restaurant, and an absolute master of hospitality. I asked about their soufflés for the night and he said that night they had chocolate or cookies & cream. We were having a tough time deciding and he said “why don’t we make one half&half for you” which I didn’t even know was possible to execute with a soufflé. I left feeling like we were best friends it was simply out of this world. I would fly anywhere to have him host us again even if it was at a fricking McDonalds.
This is THE hotel in Beverly Hills and quickly became our favorite hotel anywhere very shortly into our stay.
I had an amazing time at The Beverly Hills hotel. They made my Birthday trip feel very special. I really appreciated all of the little extra touches. The room was incredible and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. We can’t wait to return to this hotel!
Whenever we are in LA, we love to go get a drink at the cabana restaurant and they are usually polite and nice but in the most recent visit, we had asked to grab a drink and the hostess said that the tables were all booked and you needed a reservation. We then asked if we could bring the drinks to the seating just a couple steps away and she replied NO. We tried everything asking if we could just take the drinks and she was on a mission to make sure we didn’t get a drink. Eventually, we went back and there was a different hostess who, when we asked replied with a smile and “of course”.

Our stay at the BHH was flawless from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and we were lucky enough to stay in what must be the best room in the entire hotel. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
The hotel itself is stunning — from the elegant interiors to the beautifully maintained gardens. Our room was both spacious and stylish, with every detail carefully thought out. We especially enjoyed spending time at the pool and exploring the on-site restaurants and the charming gift shop.
The location was ideal, placing us right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do.
The Beverly Hills Hotel is a very special place. Elegant, calm, friendly, comfortable, peaceful. The incredible beauty starts with the lobby, which is simply stunning. During our three day stay we ate exclusively at the Polo Lounge for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Why go anywhere else? Steak and eggs for breakfast one day, Belgian waffle the next (and Star Wars creator George Lucas and his wife at a nearby table). For lunch or dinner I recommend The Beverly Hills Seafood salad. Lobster, crab, shrimp, avocado, deviled egg slices and more. We could use the pool this trip because it was too cold, but I know from past trips it is a special place. I will always return, hopefully soon and hopefully often. It is Heaven on Earth in every respect.

If you can swing it, you have to stay in one of the bungalows. Tucked away from the main hotel, each one feels like its own little private paradise. The history here is palpable.
One of the hotel’s most unexpected joys? The dogs. Everywhere. They lounge at their owners’ feet in the Polo Lounge, take slow morning strolls through the lush pathways, and somehow seem to understand they are part of something truly special. Honestly, it makes the whole experience even better.
It’s hard to put into words exactly why The Beverly Hills Hotel is so special. Yes, it’s stunning. Yes, it’s historic. Yes, the service is flawless. But beyond all that, it just has this energy—this warmth, this magic—that makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger. Maybe it’s the staff, maybe it’s the history, maybe it’s the fact that every single guest seems to be in the best mood of their lives.

Top 2 best hotels in the United States. My daughter and I love being at the hotel. They have the most wonderful staff, and we will be guests for life. The pool is probably our favorite area, but the bedrooms are amazing… We love the gift shop. The whole place is just wonderful. The Valet drivers are always so kind. We always rent a Lamborghini or Rolls Royce so we blend in well… You will see some of the finest cars in the countrysitting on the front row. It’s just an amazing place to be.
