The best stay for anybody coming to Lisbon! Can’t recommend this enough!
Pros:

This was an outstanding trip the staff made our day everyday they were so nice during my daughters birthday they gave us a free cake a some goodies. Out of the staff Catalina really stood out to us helping us with a map ,restaurant suggestions, and activities. The location is amazing near the metro and all the restaurants and shop an only 5-10mins away which was perfect for not booked lunches and dinners.The room was clean - and came with a balcony!- very comfortable beds and a very well laid out. The multi cultural buffet breakfast was superb with a mixture of everything from cereal to fruits to bread to eggs of all shapes and sizes. If you are coming to visit Lisbon I can’t recommend this enough!

Disappointed!!
Pros:

It appears that the building contractor (refurbishing the hotel) is managing the hotel with no respect for hotel customers.
Stairwell blocked while work was carried out (H&S risk).
Another day the lift call control panels removed so had to carry our suitcases down 2 floors before calling a lift.
Another day, the whole reception area was filled with cigar smoke yet this was inside the building!! it appeared to be a business meeting being held there (noisy meeting, not a nice atmosphere for guests).
Reception lounge area closed off each evening, had to go outside the building (in the rain) to get back inside for a drink at the bar - never ever been to a hotel without its own bar.
