Beautiful place
Room service till midnight. Couldn’t get it?
Bar open until 1am, closed at 12 just because wouldn’t let us in.
Asked if my sunglasses handed in- firm no- no one asked or willing to take details as I know I took them into the hotel.
Pool was through the car park? Very random.

Chambre très petite pour trois personnes et le personnel ne nettoyait pas régulièrement, petit déjeuner pas assez développé surtout en terme de salé.

It was clean, the restaurant was beautiful and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool shared with another hotel
A localização é boa, na Avenida da Liberdade. Café da manhã com variedades e gostoso. Cama confortável.
Achei o quarto pequeno, assim como o box do banheiro. O nosso quarto estava com um barulho, que parecia de uma bomba de água. Tentaram arrumar, mas o barulho voltou. Após insistência, nos mudaram de quarto. O valor da diária é alto para a qualidade do quarto. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores.
Wonderful breakfast! So many options, there was something for everyone, including gluten free flakes, bread and muffins.
The swimming pool was much enjoyed and it was fab having the bar there too.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not much that wasn’t great! Being picky - One of the rooms we had was a little small with no full length hanging space in the room for dresses, and the air conditioning was a little noisy. But these were not big issues.
