The rooms were clean and nice, comfy bed. Nice location
We are very disappointed with our stay. We were sitting quietly, yet your staff approached us in a very rude, mean, and unprofessional manner, accusing us of making noise. A polite request would have been enough, and once it was clear that we were not making any noise, we expected at least an apology.
Unfortunately, the treatment we received has been very unfriendly. Even basic items such as glasses, spoons, and water are only provided when we repeatedly ask for them, which is inconvenient. Also, the swimming pool is extremely small and not really useful.
Overall, the service and attitude have been far below what we expected from the hotel.

El buffet de desayuno es increíble y la decoración en general.
La carta de comida y bebida de la piscina, era desorbitada, y al final pedimos unos nachos que eran de bolsa y guacamole de bote.
Las habitaciones con balcón muy luminosas, camas muy cómodas. Personal super amable.
La piscina muy llena, si no bajabas pronto prácticamente imposible disfrutar de ella.

Los accesos peatonales al hotel y la piscina son horribles, la television de la habitacion esta restringida solo a unos pocos canales y todos los contenidos son de pago.
Ubicación excelente, habitación cómoda y espaciosa, buen desayuno y la piscina un valor añadido en verano.

Le personnel était au petit soin avec nous, un grand merci a eux tous.
Malheureusement je suis à mobilité réduite et je n’ai pas pu accéder à la piscine car elle est en hauteur et il y a plus de 30 marches pour y accéder, dommage sinon c’était un sans faute
