Excellent location. Nice room with comfortable bed. Slept well on both nights as very good sound insulation. Excellent level of cleanliness. Staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked very well during temperatures exceeding 35C outside.
Pool shared with neighbouring hotel meant it was very busy when we tried to use it. TV didn’t work on second evening. Breakfast had good variety but hot offering not great and seemed a bit understaffed when busy.

Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts die Hotelbar geschlossen. Am vorletzten Abend wurde sie dann feierlich mit leider nur geladenen Gästen wieder eröffnet. Hotel Gäste durften leider nicht mit feiern.😔 Die Preise an der Poolbar waren sehr überzogen.
Great location, walking distance to centre. Good fresh selection at Breakfast. Short walk to pool at neighbouring hotel, a little oasis after a long hot day
Construction work outside on the way to pool, understand it needs to be done, could not see it, so it did not impact pool time
El hotel era muy lindo y cómodo. Las áreas comunes eran muy agradables, el desayuno muy rico, y el personal muy preocupado.
Las habitaciones eran pequeñas y no tan confortables, habían pocas almohadas y la cama no tenía respaldo, lo que hacía que fuera incómodo.

It was a great location, very close to all of the shopping and key tourist places but away from the crowds and chaos. We ended up having to book a couple additional nights in Lisbon before our next flight and immediately chose this hotel again because it was such a delightful stay. The room was large enough for two, the staff were incredibly friendly and gave great restaurant suggestions, and the location was perfect and very quiet.
The room had all the facilities in working order: safe, coffee, AC, lighting.
The beds were very comfortable and provided a good nights sleep.
The shower had great water pressure and hot water 24/7.
The outside pool was wonderful and had great atmosphere.
The breakfast was very nice and had a good variety to it.
The shower room was cramped due to decisions about putting a bidet next to the toilet.
The room itself was a on the small side.
Some things needed replacement / fixing - the bathtub had spots that couldn't be removed.
Some small fixes in the room walls seemed unprofessional and did not match the aura of the room.
The room itself was of good and confortable size with rather big bathroom. The breakfast table was excellent, with a lot to choose from. The location was also very good, right in the middle of the most popular tourist attractions in Lisbon. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist.
The room needed a little maintenance, there were light bubbles that needed changing and the toilet seat and the toilet role holder as well. Nothing that could not be fix quickly so that's why it should have been ok.
