Rooms were fine and the shared pool with neighbouring hotel is good. Steff were helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent gym.
Limited breakfast choice and terrible art and lighting in eating area. No bar or decent restaurant on site.
The staff were super friendly , lovely clean bedroom comfy beds ,lovely pool with live singing when we were there v relaxing !
The location is in a v nice part of new town close to lovey Park and walks shops and restaurants and the hop on hop off city bus v convenient for our stay.
Only about a 20min uber ride to airport.

The service was disappointing. Room service never answered despite multiple attempts to contact them, and basic amenities were not replenished after the room was cleaned. The overall experience did not meet the price we paid

Na recepção não souberam informar que o valor do parque pela via verde é mais do triplo do valor cobrado pelo hotel . O local de carregamento elétrico de veículos esteve sempre ocupado por veículos que nem eram elétricos o que tornou impossível o carregamento . O wc pequeno e com chuveiro e porta toalhas degradados .
Great location, very central. Enjoyed the Japanese bar and the pool bar. Staff at reception and the Japanese bar were lovely and very friendly.
Room was very small to have even two suitcases open. Could have done with some hooks in the bathroom to make it a little easier. If I were to stay again I would opt for a bigger room!
