Teleurstellende en veel te dure ervaring
Pros:

Prachtig gebouw en centraal gelegen. Bar op dak was tof met vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Kleine kamers en 1 had mobiele airco met slang naar buiten. Krappe douche en smal bed. In- en uitchecken duurde te lang.

Die großzügigen Zimmer und die Lage

Cons:

Zimmertür hat sich nur schwer schließen lassen .Sauna war außer Betrieb.Kühlschrank ohne Funktion und Pflegeprodukte waren nicht aufgefüllt .Für ein Hilton eher nicht üblich.

The service at the rooftop bar was disappointing. We sat there for a long time without anyone attending to us. There were two or three staff members just chatting with each other and completely ignoring us.

Pros:

Lage, Nahe der U,S-Bahn und ringsrum Geschäfte, Restaurant, Kiosk nahe der Innenstadt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, kleine Reparatur wurde sofort ausgeführt. Frühstück hat uns der Cafe im Zimmer ausgereicht, da wir langschläfer sind haben wir das BrunchFrühstück im Haus nicht benötigt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen und nicht noch mal buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht.
Die Bar .Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur.
Die Zimmer sind schon etwas verwohnt.

Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Bei 34 Grad Außentemperatur darf die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern nicht ausfallen. Die Zimmer waren mit 28 Grad viel zu warm.
Wenn so ein technisches Problem auftritt, sollte man den Gästen ein Ausweichzimmer anbieten. Das mobile Klimagerät hat kurz geholfen, dazu musste man aber das Fenster geöffnet lassen, so war das keine Lösung für die ganze Nacht.

Die Lage der Turm ist wunderschön.
Schöne Rooftopbar

Cons:

Zimmer schon etwas verwohnt .Zimmertüre quietscht.Das Bad ist sehr klein und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.
Die Klimaanlage war kaputt bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur.

Das Zimmer war relativ einfach eingerichtet, vom Service war nichts zu spüren. Im Großen und Ganzen eine herbe Enttäusch
Pros:

Schön war die Aussicht aus der Bar. Das war eigentlich schon alles.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft und Abfahrt war niemand verfügbar, der beim Gepäck geholfen hat.
Die Minibar war lediglich mit 2 kleinen Flaschen Mineralwasser bestückt. Es war ansonsten kein Wasser bereitgestellt.
Der Service in der Bar war gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Barmannschaft war mehr mit sich und ihren Kollegen beschäftigt.
Ein Gutschein wurde für das Wochenende nicht anerkannt, da das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht wäre, bei Booking.com habe ich nach dieser Aussage aus mehreren verfügbaren Zimmern 1 Doppelzimmer ausgewählt.
Mir wurde beim Check out gesagt ich könne ja noch mal kommen.
Vielleicht würde es dann funktionieren.
