Probably the best place to stay in Köln :-)
Pros:

Very nice building, useful location, great breakfast offer and fantastic roof top view & bar. Just facing the Agrippa bad complex which we recommend (late opening hours).

Das Frühstück war erstklassig.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind über die Jahre etwas aus der Mode und etwas abgewohnt. Das Erdgeschoss ist sehr dunkel und wenig einladend.

Pros:

Außergewöhnliche Location im alten Wasserturm. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderbares Frühstück mit zusätzlichen Gerichten von der Karte.

Cons:

Kleiderhaken fehlen komplett. Es war leider regnerisch und es gab keine Möglichkeit Jacken aufzuhängen. Auch Handtücher im Bad konnten schlecht ausgehängt werden.

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist alles andere als stimmig - die Bar war Abzocke....

Der offene Balkon drumherum, das Wasserturm Gebäude - sehr originell

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen - ein kleine Tüte abgestandene Popcorn Tüte mit Pfeffer für 9.00 EUR ist eine Unverschämtheit, Öl läuft aus dem Fahrstuhl - Einrichtung ist veraltet - Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist weit oben drüber - (war zwar währnd der Messe - Plasik Grießkanne - ist zwar eine schönes Gimmik aber fehl am Platz - Plastik Orangen in einem origienellen Hotel passt nicht zusammen - wie einiges mehr - da ich schon viele Hotels besucht habe lässt die Qualutät doch sehr zu wünschen überig - dafür hätten wir auch in einem 5 Sterne Hyatt in DDorf locker übernachten können - schade da das Objekt schon sehr Orignell ist...
