Deze unieke ervaring doen we zeker nog eens over! Dit was genieten van begin tot eind!
Pros:

We hadden veel van het hotel verwacht en onze verwachtingen zijn ruim voldoende ingelost. Bij het aankomen werden we al aangenaam verrast door de entreehal. Alles is luxueus ingericht. De slaapkamer en badkamer zijn gewoon toppie. We hadden de mogelijkheid om onder het hotel te parkeren wat ook wel nuttig is voor mensen die met de wagen komen. Er is een rechtstreekse ingang naar het hotel en de lift brengt je naar waar je wil zijn binnen in het hotel. Op de bovenste verdieping bevindt zich bar Botanik. De loungebar wordt "s avonds druk bezocht en je hebt er niet altijd plaats om te zitten. Maak zeker gebruik van de mogelijkheid om via het terras de stad Keulen van bovenaf te zien. Indrukwekkend, vooral "s avonds met al de lichten. In de zomer lijkt het ons aangenaam zitten helemaal boven. Het personeel is ook top! Het ontbijt is helemaal af! Je an kiezen uit verschillende broodjes, vlees, kazen, confituren, enz ... er zijn fruitsappen en alsof dit alles nog niet genoeg is kan je ook nog zaken a la carte kiezen... alles wordt netjes en beleefd opgediend en weer afgeruimd.
Geen last gehad van (stads)geluiden. Niets aan te merken en prijs/kwaliteit zeker en vast de moeite waard. Wandelafstand naar de stad is 15min (afhankelijk van het tempo dat je stapt).

Cons:

Er is een parkeergarage onder het hotel, wat zeer nuttig is. Alleen zijn het zeer smalle plaatsen, met een grote auto is het moeilijk parkeren.

Schönes außergewöhnliches Hotel, dass sich von anderen Hotels deutlich abhebt.
Pros:

Schönes Ambiente, tolle Architektur und schöne Innenausstattung und Design.
Reichhaltige Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Personal im Frühstücksbereich sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Bad war sehr klein, geringe Abstellfläche am Waschbecken.
Im Zimmer waren keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Jacken vorhanden.

Es war wie immer schön.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist perfekt und ebenfalls die Dame mit den blonden Haaren, die verantwortlich für den Raum ist. Selten so eine professionelle Person gesehen!

Cons:

Im Zimmer sind einige Abnutzungen an den Wänden. Das Licht über dem Schreibtisch hat nicht funktioniert ( keine Birne) und die klinex im Bad waren leer .

Pros:

Uitstekende service, mooie kamer door upgrade en heel goed ontbijt!

Cons:

Te warm in de kamer, kamertemperatuur staat op 20 bij aankomst maar voelde als 30 graden. Tweede nacht alles uit gezet en het raam open gehad met -3 graden buiten.
