Cons:

I disliked having to use a smart device to access the hotel amenities. I missed having a note pad and a comfortable adult sized chair to use the writing desk. I would like the sauna to be accessible during the mornings.

Great design hotel
Pros:

We saw the hotel in a documentary about Andree Putman and that is why we stayed there. Beautiful place and nice rooms with still furniture of Andre Putman in the room. We stayed on the 9th floor with beautiful view on Cologne.

Cons:

The reception could be improved. They try to help a person before us but the receptionist didn't listen good. And they good have told us there was breakfast in the hotel and which time it was. On the QR quite in the room these details I couldn't find. We where at breakfast at 10:45 and soon it was finished and they could have informed us because we paid a lot for the breakfast.

Stylisch und angenehm.
Pros:

Das Zimmer in der 10. Etage war geräumig und sehr angenehm, die Aussicht über Köln super. Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab 2 bequeme Sessel. das Bad war sauber und funktional.
Der Lobbybereich ist stylisch und architektonisch interessant. Es gibt angenehme Sitzbereiche und kostenlose und gute Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung.

Cons:

Aufgrund einer größeren Besuchergruppe war es in der Bar und beim Frühstück leider sehr unruhig- Pech.

Gin & Tonic an der Bar für € 23,80 ist ein Wucher! Da gab´s auch kein Trinkgeld mehr.
Am Schreibtisch gibt es keine Steckdose für den Labtop - wie soll man da arbeiten??
Taxi-Reservierung klappte nicht - Falscher Partner als Taxiunternehmen?

Location and outside design. V nice rooftop bar.

Cons:

Cold , not much character , the garage is tiny. Had communicated w hotel that I need a place .But there was none. Parking on street cost 4 eur per hour. Plus if you dont have green label ( bc you dont if you live outside of Germany) it cost you 100 eur ticket . This is reality in German towns and if you don’t know then you pay. Hotel site doesn’t communicate this information. Considering its 4 stars and Hilton

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, wir wurden gefragt, ob wir zum ersten Mal da sind und dann wurde uns erklärt, wo wir was finden, sehr nettes Personal
Gute Lage. Wir sind zu Fuß zum Dom gelaufen.
Mal was anderes in einem Wasserturm zu übernachten.
