Beeindruckende Architektur, deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.
Pros:

Centrumnahes Hotel in wunderschönem und beeindruckenden alten Wasserturm. Sehr freundliches und zugewandtes Personal. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber.

Cons:

Unbefriedigend ist die Essenssituation. Das Frühstück im Erdgeschoss wird während der Woche nur bis 10 Uhr serviert. 20 Minten später wurden wir aufgefordert den Saal zu verlassen, weil dieser abgesperrt wird ???
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr sparsam bestückt: nur 1 Sorte Nüsse, die schnell geleert und wie fast alle anderen Produkte nicht oder nur mit deutlicher Verspätung nachgefüllt wurden.
2 Sorten Käse, kein Frischkäse, keine Gurken, Tomaten geleert, usw. Am 2. Tag gabs dann über 20 Minuten kein Brot und keine Brötchen. Und
dafür dann 29,- Euro zu zahlen tut weh.
Ein Restaurant im Hotel existiert nicht. Lediglich in der Rooftop Bar werden Kleinigkeiten serviert. Die Bar in der 11. Etage bietet zwar einen beeindruckenden Ausblick, ist jedoch mit heruntergekommenem und unbequemen Mobiliar bestückt. Zudem ist es aufgrund der Klimaanlage kalt und zugig.

Exceptionnel.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel pour une visite de la ville est top. Petit déjeuner parfait. Le parking au sous-sol de l'établissement était parfait. Vue impressionnante du bar au onzième étage. Belle vue aussi de la chambre au neuvième étage. Personnel super sympathique. L'hôtel met deux bouteilles d'eau à disposition.

Cons:

La peinture des murs de la chambre nécessiterait un rafraichissement pour être parfait.

das hat mich verwirrt, weil man mir an der Rezeption erklärte es gäbe natürlich ein Gym und ein sog Tapp /Sauna

Albergo buono. Ristorante da rivedere.
Pros:

Bella Location. Hotel situato in un antica torre dell‘acqua recuperata. Interessante. Personale cortese. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per la stanza.

Cons:

Servizio bar e ristorazione pessimo. Sfornito e costosissimo. Pochissima scelta. 16€ per un bicchierino di pop corn di pollo fritti che sapevano di cartone. 35€ per 2 micropanini che il menù definiva “steack“, 16 € per una porzione di patatine fritte (con aroma di tartufo o senza il prezzo non cambia). Qualità scadente e prezzi da 3 stelle Michelin. Indecente. Sarebbe meglio non avere servizio di ristoro, piuttosto che questo.

Leider hat der Wassertum nicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt.
Pros:

Ich kenne den Wasserturm seit er zu einem Hotel umgebaut wurde und bin nach wie vor von der Architektur begeistert.
Die Lage ist gut. Für einen alten Kölner kein Probem.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft stand die Raumtemperatur der Klimaanlage auf 25+ Grad. Eine Bedienungsanleitung gab es nicht, auch keinen QR-Code. Auch der Haustechniker war nicht in der Lage die Temperatur herunterzusetzen. Letztendlich habe ich alle Knöpfe solange gedrückt, bis die Anzeige auf OFF stand.
Die Leselampe funktionierte nicht, denn es fehlte eine Birne.
Die Dusche wurde über zwei Knöpfe für die Hand- und Deckensdusche bedient. Eine Feinreguliering der Handdusche war nich möglich. Der Wasserstrahl kam mit vollem Druck.
Das Frühstück war einfach. Das kann jedes gut Landgasthaus besser.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gelungen in den alten Wasserturm eingefügt. Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend und gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich herzlich aufgenommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll aufgebaut und sehr reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels ist nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ideal um die Stadt kennen zu lernen.
