Great stay. Very clean. Nice reception.
Pros:

Clean. Reserved last minute for a few hours of sleep before a flight. I believe her name was Tabitha, but she was very sweet, helpful.

Good stay, Aaron was great helping us and others.
Pros:

Convenient to the airport

Cons:

Some areas were a little run down- elevator was definitely in need of updating. Water stopped working on the 26th of Jan by no fault of the property. Very cold in Houston and water was shut off for the day.

Very disappointed, booked room with two beds, when we arrived only one bed was available.

The bathroom door did not close properly,pocket door was sliding open, would close at all. Hall way dirty

The hotel did, but we needed it to do, provided place for us to sleep overnight
Pros:

The gentleman working the front desk upon checkout was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee was great. We left before breakfast started.

Cons:

The girl that checked us in was not very personable. She seemed put out. We had an issue with a wet floor around our ac in our room, but we had already unpacked before we noticed it. I called down to the front desk to let her know. I told her that we didn’t want to move, but I felt like they needed to know. She did not offer anything at all.

We were not happy with this facility
Pros:

We’ve always trusted Hampton to have top rates as far as there properties and services. It was easy to find close to Houston hobby and the entry area was generally acceptable.

Cons:

The bedding had not been changed out and it was filthy on one of the beds and the tub was stopped up so that water collected at your feet as you showered. Very unsanitary.
