Impressions of staying at the Una Hotels Scandinavia Milano
Pros:

Overall, I am very pleased with everything, except for a few points I will mention below. I liked the location; the M5 Gerusalemme metro station is nearby. There is a large Esselunga supermarket across the street. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, the street is closed off for a market. The CityLife shopping center is not far away. Attractions such as the Monumental Cemetery (Cimitero Monumentale) and Sempione Park—home to Sforza Castle (Castello Sforzesco)—are also relatively close by. Breakfast is hearty and offers a good variety. The staff is very friendly, and housekeeping is provided daily or upon request.

Cons:

Now for the downsides—though there were very few, unless one wants to nitpick. First, the safe in my room was broken; despite the maintenance staff's attempts, they were unable to fix it. Second, the air conditioning in the gym wasn't working, making it very hot and difficult to work out. I asked the staff about this twice, though I never quite understood the root cause of the issue; I was simply told that, unfortunately, the problem couldn't be resolved at the time. Otherwise, everything was wonderful—I really have no grounds for complaint or criticism. Thank you very much.

Pros:

The location is excellent close to metro, bus and train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all the necessities.

Cons:

The hotel has a classic look and I don't mind that but a little refurbishment especially in the bathrooms would not hurt

Auf dem Hotelzimmer gab es keine Gläser, nur Pappbecher, auch im Bad.

More or less price = quality (as compared with other hotels). Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. From the other hand: In hotels of this rank, the room usually comes with a kettle, a coffee maker, a selection of teas, and coffee capsules... and a complimentary bottle of water every day. In the bathroom, there are some unique little touches that brighten the mood...

Imeli smo se super. Hotel bi vsekakor priporočala.
Pros:

Zajtrk je bil dober, lokacija super v kolikor ne želiš bivati v centru Milana. V bližini METRO s povezavami do vseh predelov Milana.
Parkiranje zagotovljeno v garažni hiši hotela.

Cons:

Kopalnica je že potrebna obnove :)
