Guest Servces were wonderful, cheerful, and helpful.
No thanks
Basic but comfortable the cleaning was minimal had to go to reception to get clean towels etc even after we put the sign up on the door for the cleaners and still hadn’t been done it says breakfast included but it’s under basic I wouldn’t recommend breakfast at all as a non fussy eater it’s very basic and bland and not worth the €15 per morning per breakfast you also need to start stating it’s per room per person per night on room tax but it does need to be stated at the hotel upon arrival it’s a 12 minute drive from the hotel to duomo which isn’t bad but stated when we booked it’s 0.5 miles which is not accurate.
We met Mohammed at the bar who couldn’t do anymore for us if he tried very warm and welcoming and friendly he went above and beyond telling us all the best places to visit and to eat and making some of the best drinks we have ever had molto bene to Mohammed grazie
everybody in the Hotel was super friendlily; super clean the hotel and good location
Hotel is excellent, quiet and comfortable but decor is showing its age,
The staff and ver good and always helpful,
To go by taxi to Duomo is euro 16 but there are other transport options.
We stayed on a Saturday and the hotel is located in the centre of a fantastic market where you can buy just about anything, cloths, she’s and bags all good quality. All the vendors take card payment and market runs all Saturday until 6 pm.
This is not a cheap hotel $560 for 2 nights but makes up for cost with the excellent service.
El servicio de los miembros del hotel fue muy bueno. Está ubicado a 5 minutos a pie de la estacion
The staff was great, and it is a lovely hotel. Straightforward access to M1, M3, and other transport services.
Nice hotel close to Gerussallemme Metro Station.
Rooms a little old but OK for Short Stay. Very good Braakfast
You can Park in Garage for Reasonal Price - 22€.
This is a great place to stay while you are in Milan. The delicate wooden walls and doors of the hotel is reminiscent of the “Urushi” Japanese art o “lacca”. Great staff and a bonus is the free parking on-site.
Great Hotel! with a fantastic Restaurant and front of house staff welcoming and extremely helpful great location would
definitely recommend this Hotel!
A nice and comfortable hotel with friendly personell. A bit old-fashioned style, but kept clean and orderly. I had room toward back and thus not bothered by noise from market street (and it was a plus to walk straight out into local market buzz some of the days).. Very happy to have windows that could be opened. A bit negative that there was no noise isolation between the rooms. Easy access to metro. Nice walk to city centre if you’re a walker. Easy access to Milan conference centre - very convenient. Supermarket according the street a big plus! Many restaurants (of many types) nearby.
The hotel was great with very nice food both during breakfast and in the restaurant. My main issue was with the bath which isn't designed to be used for showering and was uncomfortable to stand in.
Great hotel!
I stayed there for 5 nights in a room on floor 3. If you book a room there, make sure you do not have windows towards the street Via Giovanni Battista Fauchè.
The positives:
The breakfast buffet had a good variety and quality, but I went to breakfast as soon as it opened, so I can't say whether the service was as good by the end. The staff was also helpful throughout my stay, although the cleaners ignored the "Do not disturb" sign twice. The room was clean.
The negatives:
My biggest complaint is about the sound isolation of the windows in the rooms. The sound isolation was so poor that there was little difference between the window being open or closed. To make it even worse, my window overlooked a street where the locals have a market every Tuesday and Saturday. That means sellers drive their small vans on the street and start assembling stalls and putting out produce early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep past 6 in the morning. There was no indication of that when booking the hotel. Luckily, I got to switch rooms after bringing it up at the hotel reception after my first night, but my stay would have been ruined otherwise. Also, the bathroom had signs of wear: cracked floor tiles, loose and misaligned ceiling panels, spotty caulking, and I think the faucet leaked a little, causing limescale marks.
Toilet didn’t flush properly. Breakfast no included. They charge $50 Euros per person for breakfast. internet TV just worked with android. We order a cocktail, barman wasn’t in, they couldn’t make it for us. Hotel is good, no excellent, and we didn’t feel VIP upgrade
Lovely hotel. Well presented. Lovely choice of breakfast. Good location. Friendly helpful staff especially the bar manager (sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Egypt) made my son and i very welcome having a drink in the bar each night.
happy
Came here for weekend to watch AC Milan football match, great location with the Gerusalemme metro station literally around the corner, trip is 2.20 euro and takes about 10 minutes however is very full on match days!
Hotel very clean and has very good amenities
The room was small and the bathroom smaller and broken .
The breakfast was ok but the service to fulfil the buffet was less than average .
Four days there 09.00 o clock we couldn’t find most of the things .
The only one coffee machine had always queue in front .
The restaurant had few tables , and a girl was trying to be every where to serve the customers .
It was not a 4 stars hotel
Very friendly staff. Clean sheets, and overall a clean hotel room. Breakfast was good too. Location is 4-5 minutes away from the metro station. We had a very positive experience.
