Toen wij er waren was het erg druk op straat waardoor je eigenlijk voor alles een taxi nodig had. Die was prima te regelen met Blue Bird en Grab. Maar wel jammer dat je niet gewoon rustig een blokje om kon

Lokasi yang bising dan masuk ke kamar, baik dari lalu lintas ataupun pengeras suara (TOA) sekitar.
The room was very spacious, and all of the staff were exceptionally nice.
The water in the shower wasn’t draining, so it was inconvenient. In addition, The early morning prayer was quite loud, so I had trouble sleeping. Getting around was inconvenient because it was far from the downtown.

Das Hotel ist ein Komplex mit Haupthaus und Nebengebäuden, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und freundlich, manchmal wäre etwas mehr Fachkompetenz wünschenswert.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, welche sehr fein/ lecker sind.
Das Haus ist bereits etwas älter, die geräumigen Bädern im Zimmer bräuchten dringend eine Erneuerung (nicht nur Oberflächlich) und man hört leider den Nachbar schnarchen in der Nacht... die Schallisolierung zum Gang wie zum nächsten Zimmer ist leider nicht optimal.
Der Fitnessraum zu finden ist eine Kunst, er ist verstaubt und die Geräte bereits weit über ihrem Life-circle....

Very friendly staffs. We had expensive dinner on 1st night but they forgot to give 10% member discount. Btw They’re very Friendly for giving us xtra cakes. The next day I called receptionist and he said that we couldn’t get 10% back. The last day during breakfast, I told about that to the waiter and he said yes we can get it back. I forget his name, but he’s an Angel 😇😁 and then the restaurant manager came to our room to bring it back 🤑 … sssoo, thank you so much 🙏🏻🥰🫶🏻
My niece sent little gift for our Son via Receptionist but we forgot to ask during check out. I sent WA on the way to station to them and they said I have to pay for the post. It’s ok for that. But we don’t like the way they said by WA that it’s not their responsible for such a thing 😱 … Unbelievable! … we’ve paid 2-4x very expensive rate to this old hotel than the others new hotels with the same stars. This one is kind of services. You should double check before the guests check out. Just remind the guests before they leave. They can easily forget because panic or hurry or mislead by situations around. So:
- more responsible for detail things and don’t blame the guests for management’s mistaken
- more communication between departments
- management has to cross check about the rules to all departments such as our case of forgeting 10% member discount for cafe/resto. The other said can’t … The others said Yess …
