We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Bandung. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and very attentive throughout our visit.
They were especially thoughtful in assisting my mother who uses a wheelchair, always making sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. It meant a lot to our family.
My child also had an amazing time. The staff kindly accompanied him during activities like feeding the fish, feeding the rabbits, horse riding, and participating in the Kids Club activities. It truly made the stay memorable for him.
The room was spacious and comfortable. One small note is that the shower area can get quite wet easily, but overall it was still very pleasant.
Breakfast — especially the sahoor options during Ramadan — was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for us and we truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality from the Sheraton Bandung team.
We left the dinner untouched- absolutely terrible! My room did not have functioning shower- how can you release a room without supervisor approving? Many small details that did not work and I am sorry but I can’t recommend this hotel.
Heerlijk ruime kamers, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn zwembad, goed, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers
Toen wij er waren was het erg druk op straat waardoor je eigenlijk voor alles een taxi nodig had. Die was prima te regelen met Blue Bird en Grab. Maar wel jammer dat je niet gewoon rustig een blokje om kon

Lokasi yang bising dan masuk ke kamar, baik dari lalu lintas ataupun pengeras suara (TOA) sekitar.
The room was very spacious, and all of the staff were exceptionally nice.
The water in the shower wasn’t draining, so it was inconvenient. In addition, The early morning prayer was quite loud, so I had trouble sleeping. Getting around was inconvenient because it was far from the downtown.
