Beautiful, bang for your buck!
Pros:

Room was far more beautiful than I anticipated for the price I paid! I had a breakfast package which to my surprise was not the typical continental but rather breakfast at their restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

Honestly no complaints other than that the breakfast package situation was confusing. I was given no information about it so when I went downstairs looking for the typical continental buffet, I was told just to go back to the restaurant. I ordered, and then signed the check to my room but apparently I was supposed to have been given a voucher for it (I wasnt, and it got added to my hotel bill). I'm still not quite sure what was supposed to be included, I had to call to ask for the charge to be taken off my bill later which they obliged but it wasnt for the entirety of my breakfast so I assume the package is maybe more like a credit to the restaurant? Would have liked more clarity there but Im sure it was a rare oversight at check-in -- their staff was lovely.

Lovely impromptu stay. I very likely will stay there next time I am in San Francisco.
Pros:

Boutique hotel in good location at a very reasonable cost. I very much appreciate that Sasha allowed me to check in early and ensured I had a quiet room.

Cons:

One of the elevators became inoperable.

Very nice. Very comfortable.
Pros:

The roomy was good sized and included a couch which I wasn’t expecting. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

We were in a room next to the elevator. It wasn’t too loud but was noticeable when I was falling asleep.

Pros:

Die Betten und das ganze Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich. Beleuchtung super. Wir könnten früher einchecken, was megatoll war mit unserem Jetlag. Aussicht toll auf schöne Gebäude.

Cons:

In Europa sind wir das einfach nicht mit dieser Hoteltax gewöhnt und den "gratis"-Sachen, die inkludiert sind. Das stresst bissi. 30$ pro Nacht muss man Hoteltax zahlen und bekommt dann 15$ Konsumatiomssgutschein und ein Getränk pro Nacht, Cable Car Tickets, Trinkflasche und schnelleres Internet. Vorsicht im Zimmer: Nix bei der MiniBar angreifen (hat Sensor und dann muss man gleich zahlen).

Cons:

chambre très difficile à chauffer au delà des 18°C, l'environnement de l'hôtel avec beaucoup de SDF toxicomanes rendant nécessaires les déplacement en taxi à partir d'une certaine heure
