Very dirty. Floor in the 5 days we stayed not once cleaned inside our room or corridors.

Cons:

Parking deck elevator was broken. Was not aware when booking. They still charged to park in the deck even tho you had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with bags and suitcases. Carpet was dirty, chairs were ripped in room. Blinds had holes.. VERY over priced for the condition of this hotel.

Cons:

The staff, the dirty room. Being in a room we were locked out of because of a faulty door. The staff didn't even care our belongings were still in there. The car lot had no working elevators. The amount they charged per night was not what the hotel is valued at. I would have paid 90$ a night. Absolutely a rip off

Nice place to stay but very bad guests who who don't know how to behave in a hotel.
Pros:

Nice clean room.

Cons:

Pool was full of Afro Americans kids and their parents don’t care what kids doing in the pool. Kids thought that pool belongs only to them. About 2 in the morning some women loudly talking on the hallway so I couldn’t sleep.

Cons:

Did not like parking. Options were street parking or a parking ramp not on site

Cons:

Our room was extremely humid. Floors were wet with moisture, use of the shower made the whole room humid. Couldn’t sleep because it just felt wet

We will not stay here again
Pros:

The pool area is nice with the splash pad for my youngest and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was filthy and the ac unit did not work. There were several people who tried to stop the kids and myself in and outside of the hotel on the front steps. We felt so unsafe that we didn't leave the room until we had to during daylight hours

Hot water didn't work, I showered using cold water and the phone didn't work either, I had to use my phone to call the front desk

The location was great for the event we were there for. However, I would not go back with the bugs and the price we paid
Pros:

Location was good but the rooms were dirty and full of bugs.

Cons:

When we arrived back at our room at 9:00pm we noticed bed bugs and other bugs all over the bed and pillows. We were able to change rooms. The second room seemed better after a deep inspection but didn’t sleep well with the previous concerns of the other room. No offer of a discount or really any concerns about it, except to change rooms. I had to throw away clothes and other items that were on the bed during the day after I checked in at 4pm with the fear of bringing bed bugs into my house. Would not stay there again.
