Friendly staff by otherwise not a great hotel.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The restaurant 309 Craft Beer implied there was alcohol and there was not any. The rooms did not have microwaves so I could not heat up my leftovers unless I went to the lobby in my pajamas. The room smelled funny as did most of the hotel. Not a great experience.

Good & Bad
Pros:

Hotel was clean & comfortable. Would've been better to have a microwave accessible in the room. There was NO water pressure in the shower

Cons:

Where the pool was located it made it difficult to get to due to stairs. Plus, it took awhile to located. It says pool on signs, but you don't see it. And if my husband hadn't kept walking we'd have given up. Almost no drinks available at snack area. And parking is an issue.

Cons:

Parking situation was terrible, poor lighting, isolated. I arrived late (10pm) but felt so uncomfortable trying to park and get into the hotel that I left and found a different hotel. If it hadn't been as late or I hadn't been alone, I think it would have been better. But I would not recommend individuals traveling alone to stay here due to poor parking conditions

Pros:

After leaving dirt room 1, with pizza boxes. I was "upgraded" to a room by the pool(loud) and that room was dirty too, no sheets on the bed. It was an upgrade tho

We were very dissatisfied with our stay at Four Points; we stayed for two days—Friday and Saturday—and received no fresh towels, room cleaning, or bed maintenance. Personally, I do not recommend this hotel.
