Gute Lage, aber man muss wissen, dass es nicht ganz neu istund die Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank sind

Und schreckliche alte Teppiche mit Flecken
Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen

The property was outdated and had a bad smell in the room. The check-in was lengthy. I also received a scam call in my room at 9:00 pm requesting my credit card. I’ve stayed at other Double Tree Hotels before and was definitely expecting a nicer facility.

I stayed at your hotel in Jacksonville over the weekend. I made this reservation about 5–6 months in advance and paid around $600–$860 for the stay, plus additional parking fees. There was also no breakfast included for three guests.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations for the price paid. The room did not include a microwave or refrigerator, and the carpets on my floor (4th floor) were extremely dirty. The ice machines on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors were out of service, and I only found ice on the 8th floor. One of the elevators was also not working.

Although the beds appeared clean, the carpet inside the room had a very unpleasant smell, and the balcony was dirty and smelled bad as well. The bathtub was heavily deteriorated and in poor condition.

For the amount paid, I expected a much better quality stay and overall hotel condition. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, as I did not enjoy my experience.

Dont let the Doubletree name fool you. Stay away until a major renovation is done.

The staff was was great - Very friendly and helpful. They are hamstrung by an ageing hotel that needs a major renovation

Cons:

The room was very small and dated. Furniture was stained. Cabinet doors were broken. The bathroom was so small it was difficult to use. We booked a junior suite and this was anything but that.

Really bad
Pros:

Very bad rooms. So dated and unclean. I am shocked Hilton lets this place operate under its name. By far the worst I’ve seen. Dirty carpets, dirty bathroom, OMG It’s really bad.
