This hotel has seen better days
Pros:

Good location for me and a few restaurants

Cons:

It was very unclean and quite frankly for a Hilton location very much below par. The restroom was dirty, damaged and dated. The room smelt musky, the hallways on level 5 were dirty.

This hotel has seen better days and desperate need of maintenance and general upkeep. Disappointing given I stay at hiltons/doubletrees a lot

Good location needs updating and better cleaning dirty rooms
Pros:

Location is great. I paid for an upgrade to a high floor and riverfront view which was nice
But as a gold member I should not have had to pay extra for that upgrade

Cons:

The room was filthy . We almost checked out
The old carpet in room was dirty and there were Stains on floor
The chair was stained disgusting I had to ask for a sheet to cover it
The bathroom was bad. The floor had definitely not been mopped dark sticky stuff on floor I had to clean up. I didn’t take a shower it was dirty looked like hadn’t been cleaned after last guest
The same for balcony floor. Disgusting food and sticky drink spills Didn’t even want to go to balcony I paid extra for. I tried to call front desk twice and was out on hold

Very old, dirty, needing repair. Mold on shower walls, stained dirty carpet, surfaces where towels are not wiped clean, peeling wallpaper. Pictures are of our room. A couple in the elevator were going downstairs to complain because their room was filthy.....

Absolutely Avoid This Wreck!
Pros:

This property is badly in need of renovation. Paint peeling off of walls, banged up furniture, peeling wallpaper, water stained artwork…every where you looked it was a disaster. Local hotel personnel agreed with the general sentiment that the place needs a redo top to bottom. This was about the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in…pathetic.

Magnificent view and location. Rooms need work and elevator noise carries into rooms.
Pros:

The bottom floor is kept up, but the upper levels need a lot of work. The first room we were assigned had elevator noise so we asked for a change of room. The second room also had elevator noise, but we stayed and left the following morning before breakfast. Review is incredible. The location is incredible. The hotel needs a major update.

Run down rooms.. noise from elevators.

The Place Is a Dump
Pros:

One of the worst Hilton properties I have ever stayed at. The place is old and run down. Sat our by the pool where the cushions on the couch were missing, stained, and had cigarette holes in them. When I got to my room, you had to force the door closed and in the evening you could see daylight all around the frame. Bathroom cabinets were all beat up, shower would drain so slow you stood in ankle deep water.

Not sure how Hilton lets this one slide but it is bad! Glad I was only there one night. I spend a lot of time on the road and Hilton is the brand of choice. Avoid this place if you can.

Overpriced and Underwhelmed
Pros:

I wanted to suprise my wife for both Valentines Day andvour wedding anniversary by staying at the hotel since l reserved dinnr at Ruth Criss. I was severely disappointed. First the staff was totally unprofessional amd the atmosphere was more like a club rather than a Hilton hotel. This hotel is old and is need of a complete teardown and renovation. For $249 and the Hilton name it was not worth the money spent. Dirty carpet, water damage, stuck hotel room doors, and damage to walls and door sills in the room, hallway and elevator was terrible. No microwave or fridge in the room and no option or access to streaming services- walking into the room was like walking into a time warp-old and small. We will not stay here again. Ruth Criss restaurant needs to seriously reconsider moving their location. We have stayed in Hiltons in Baltimore and New York, they should be embarrassed at this location.

Pros:

No hot water at all and we paid almost 300 and no microwave or fridge in the room. I have went to cheaper hotels that has microwave and fridge

Fun time at the bar!
Pros:

Myself and 5 of my friends along with two buses full of tourist went there for a buffet dinner and entertainment. Food was not the best entertainment was ok. We had the best time at the bar with the bartender Rambo. Service was great!
