Pros:

The location is great. Being on the Riverwalk and near the friendship fountain was awesome. Having Ruth Chris within the hotel is very convenient.

Cons:

If I had any issue it was the fact that it's a cashless hotel. They expect you to only use a credit card for all your purchases or put your purchases on your room. I personally find that offensive. I prefer paying cash for my purchases while at the hotel. Also, I don't think it's right that a hotel charge you for parking. If you self-parked you shouldn't be charged a fee.

It was terrible felt like I was at motel 6

Well the couch in the lobby was filthy when we got to our room the TV and Phone did not work it took 4 calls to get it resolved 😬 they charged 100$ deposit still haven’t gotten that back 🤬 the bed was very uncomfortable and the corner of the rooms the carpet was coming up the bath tub was disgusting it was definitely not worth 300$ a night

The hotel is completely ran down and old…the carpet was stained and torn…up under the bed was trash…the bathroom wallpaper was coming up….the pipes in bathroom had rust around them…the floor board was molded and paint was chipped off…the balcony had mold from the air conditioner leaking and it was cigarette butts outside…it’s a 5 star restaurant on site but there were roaches around the entrance into the building

Disgrace to the Hilton brand

Hands down the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is worn out, stained, dirty, rusted, you name it . The desk staff stated after we asked to change rooms that “yes are rooms are tired”. The bathrooms are rusty and no matter what you would do to clean them it would not matter. The furniture is worn out, the mattress feels like it was run over by a truck. The carpet looks like it is the same carpet from the 1970,s. If work did not make me stay here I would have left immediately. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
