The location was great.

Cons:

We had to move rooms because the ceiling was leaking. They didn’t apologize but said we have two options you pack up and leave( mind you it was 11pm) or and I stopped him and told him he would give us a new room. I will never recommend your facility. This was our 9th hotel for our road trip down the coast and I made sure to avoid any one of your facilities.

La habitación era muy grande y bien equipada. Todo me pareció muy limpio.

Cons:

En el momento del check in solicité un late check out para tener un rato extra de descanso. Aunque me dijeron en recepción que lo dejaban apuntado, en ese tiempo extra vinieron dos veces a llamar a la puerta, ya que no se había comunicado mi petición correctamente entre el personal de recepción, a pesar de que se hizo el cargo en mi tarjeta.

Por otro lado, el hotel parece requerir un poco de mantenimiento. Había un ascensor y alguna máquina de las del café del desayuno fuera de servicio.

Problems with noise and undisciplined children. Not hotels fault tho. They tried to keep it under control. The last nite we had a problem with a child in next room. After 4 hours of it at 145 in morning we had to be moved to another room. They will comp us for 1 nite but you have to initiate it as we booked thru you
