The entire facility was immaculate The room was spacious well appointed and very clean The complimentary breakfast was a real bonus

Front desk was nice and very helpful with suggestions for taxi and food recommendations. Very polite and helpful.

The closeness to salem

The first thing I noticed when we walked in was the halloween decorations! Every nook and cranny of the lobby was decorated - my daughter tends to be more nervous with decorstions but these were done so well even she liked them after being skeptical only for a few moments. Staff were all very accommodating and more than willing to help- i wish I caught everyone's names. We checked in around 630/7 Friday night and both guys at the desk were great - one of them told us about the clown hanging from the window liking to be tickled. My daughter LOVED that. After being leery of it at first LOL. We wouldn't have known had he not said anything. He also gave me a run down on the property - not just where our room was but about the pool location and where breakfast would be the next morning. Which was amazing by the way! The breakfast staff were also working hard to keep everything stocked AND with smiles on their faces. The food was fresh and delicious. I forgot my daughter's lunchbox in the fridge and called a couple hours after check in. I gave them my number and they called me back when they found it. Not a lot of people would be on top of lunchbox retrieval but best western was! I was able to swing in on my way back from Salem and the night time staff already had it set aside and ready for pick up. We will def be staying here again next time we visit the witch city! The staff was welcoming and attentive. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had more offerings than expected and very good. Excellent stay and would choose this hotel if/when returning to area for a visit.

Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice options for any pallette. The location was was excellent, with access to all major routes, close at hand, and easily accessible. Parking was very good, with a large car park. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully landscaped, and maintained to high standards of care.

The breakfast was wonderful each morning. Great options, hot, tasted good, and always plentiful. Our room was very clean and much bigger than we had expected.

Breakfast was pretty good, I LOVED the Halloween decorations! It was so much fun to stay at this hotel to visit Salem, and then already feeling a piece of Salem as soon as I enter the hotel was a fun experience. But the best part was the staff. The people that checked us in and out were SO nice. Such friendly staff. I would recommend to a friend.

The breakfast in the morning was great and had a good variety of hot food. The location is great and the staff were all very kind. The pool and workout facilities were great and well maintained and we love the extra lobby space for just hanging out.

Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and the eating area was clean and bright. The pool was clean and inviting. Overall a great place to stay. Clean and quiet.
