Decent comfortable stay
Pros:

Convenient, clean, newer, hard surface floors, comfortable beds and a nice shower and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

Restaurant lacks a variety of food items and server was in sloooow moooootiiooon! Forgot one item out of three we ordered.

I didn’t get what I had booked, and I was pretty disappointed in the lack of simple amenities.
Pros:

The business meeting spaces looks awesome. Most of the staff was incredibly nice. Location was about a 10 minute drive from the downtown area.

Cons:

The “accessible” room wasn’t really accessible. I’m not even sure if they put me in one, but I was in a wheelchair and had booked a King accessible and I got a double queen seemingly not accessible room then when I got there sink was clogged which they offered to move me that night, but it takes too much effort to move rooms then they didn’t do any turn down service. And I asked for them to bring me a water bottle and charge me and they said I had to come down to the front desk, which is fine but for someone in a wheelchair that’s a lot so I didn’t get water and there was no water offered in the room. Most of the staff was very nice.

They charged me for 2 night at check in. Then for another night the next day . Plus a security deposit and has not been refunded

Staff was rude from front desk lady to every single employee I talked to was getting rude and one lady that cleans at night was rude beyond words can imagine

Pros:

The staff Ms. Geneva was amazing and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was way too soft. Hurt my back and there was no other bed or room i could exchange. I was there too long to have been uncomfortable with the bed.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, we came for the pool, and the breakfast was pretty great for a hotel.

Cons:

I was honestly pretty surprised at how busy it was for an October weekend at this location it’s like tucked away and didn’t seem like an important weekend but it was so busy. Which wouldn’t be a big deal but there was only one working elevator for a hotel that size that full they really need to get that thing fixed ASAP. But other than that it was a pretty pleasant stay.

That you could store our fish overnight from our fishing trip to Homer, the staff was amazing, couch in the room was nice to relax, and the room was clean

Breakfast. It looked better than it tasted. Watered down scrambled eggs, cold link sausage, broke the plastic knife cutting the French toast.

Our shampoo and body wash was out and the tv streaming was very glitchy.
