Pros:

Close to the airport . The shuttle to and from the airport is convenient

Cons:

There were nothing provided in our like what you would expect from a normal hotel, including tea bags and coffee and cups.

Nice and cozy but needs more cleaning.
Pros:

I liked the location, facilities, pool and breakfast.

Cons:

The room cleanness was not so well. i had to dust every surface i had to touch. for 5 night i only got one room cleaning service. Other colleagues didn't even get one.
And that one time cleaning service person took away all of my clean towels, which i didn't realize after getting out of my shower so i had to use hand towels.

We arrived at 5:15 and our room had not ready/had not been cleaned.

Great stay and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was so nice and helpful. Great location with everything close by that you might need. Just a short Uber ride to downtown

breakfast was great!

Cons:

that there wasn't any coin machine for laundry, had to wait most of day on a Saturday for the manager because the front desk was out of quarters so it would benefit a quarter vendor.

There were a lot of kids staying at the hotel and they took over the pool area. Lots of screaming and it made it very hard to relax and use the hot tub.

Mostly a wonderful day in fact, if the staff wasn’t rude like that, we would’ve stayed another night

Updated and welcoming. My kids really enjoyed the pool .

Cons:

I used the public restroom to go #2 so I didn’t stink up out room and a staff member followed me in there and asked me if I was Gas. I said yes I told her and she asked me what room I told her what room and she asked me why I was using that restroom and I needed to hurry up I was like excuse me and I just paid over $200 for his room. I thought it was quite rude.

Pros:

The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi! The best amenity of the hotel! The breakfast was pretty good! A lot to choose from! Everything was delicious! Also the bed was so comfy!

Cons:

The pool is a little dirty, needs cleaning.
