Pros:

Our stay at Royal Lotus View Resotel was nothing short of exceptional. If you are looking for a peaceful escape within the city, look no further.

*1. Location & Ambiance - Serene Oasis*
Located just 2 km from the main highway, but feels like a completely different world. The moment you enter, the noise and traffic disappear. The property is set in such a lush, green, calm and quiet environment. Waking up every morning to birds chirping, watching a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony while breathing fresh air - is priceless.

*2. Cleanliness & Property Maintenance*
Impeccably clean & neat property. Very well maintained. Housekeeping is top-notch - truly 5-star standard.

*3. Hospitality - Beyond Expectations*
No words to describe the hospitality! Every single staff member was so supportive, helpful, warm and always with a genuine smile. They exceeded our expectations and took care of every minute detail. Their hygiene and warmth added so much delight to our stay.

A special mention for housekeeping: We left our room in a complete mess one morning with clothes spread everywhere, and came back in the evening to find the room looking fresh and brand new. They had not only cleaned but even folded our clothes and arranged them so neatly. I have stayed in several branded 5-star hotels, but honestly, this property exceeded all of them in many ways! Even my friends who visited us were highly impressed.

For the kind of experience, tranquility, cleanliness and service they offer at such an affordable price - it is unbeatable. Absolute value for money.

*5. Thoughtful Service Even After Checkout*
Even after we checked out, they provided a cloak room facility and were kind enough to offer us a room to freshen up when we returned to collect our bags before continuing our journey. Such gestures show true hospitality.

There was no hot water for shower in the morning. Even after calling multiple times and letting the water flow for very long, no hot water and no help to resolve it.

good stay for short work trip but need to have better receptionist in the evening
Pros:

Good location, good housekeeping staff and manager. Decent and ample Parking facility and the main gate security guys are super helpful. The rooms were good, and the food was not bad.

Cons:

We arrived in the evening. There was a person at the reception he is not at all fit for the hospitality sector, downright rude and unprofessional and absolutely ignorant. Except that guy everyone else in the hotel was really nice including the manager. Every time we asked something, the same guy was exceptionally rude and never gave a clear answer to any of the queries
