Pros:

I had an excellent stay . For this money my stay and comfort was excellent. Breakfast was so good, I could spend 2 hours only eating. . Room cleaning service was on time and punctual . Gives a beautiful overview.

Cons:

Only this hotel is about 2 kms walk from the nearest metro

Good hotel, people and location
Pros:

I have been visiting this hotel since early 90s and last year I stayed several times during March / April and November / December. The hotel is clean and staff are welcoming. The rooms are good but need some modernisation. Many of the staff, like Evian and Jessie in the breakfast restaurant, Angela in sales / reception and Maggie in the lobby area have been working there for a very long time, are always helpful and welcoming.
Location is good, convenient for metro and 77 bus to the Bund. I look forward to my next visit in the coming months of 2026.

Pros:

kaputte Betten der Zimmer waren sauber die Leute waren freundlich die Lage war sehr gut Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend

Cons:

die Angestellten haben zum Teil beim Niesen sich nicht die Hand vorgehalten das ist aber offenbar kulturell so in China und hat uns als westliche Besucher gestört da die Speisen waren interessant und es war immer etwas dabei was man essen konnte war sehr gut war es war ein großes Buffet
