Recommended!
Location was very appropriate for me, as well as i liked the room a lot with windows on 2 sides (ask corner room). Breakfast is good and staff is nice.

THIS IS A HOTEL I WANT TO REVISIT WITH MY PARENTS!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and spoke English. One of them always tried to open our taxi door and help us with our suitcases. Even though it’s a 5-star hotel, they were extremely caring. When it comes to cleanliness, this hotel was immaculate!
One thing that really surprised and touched me was that they delivered a birthday cake to me during our stay. It truly made my day. Thank you so much!

Cons:

The room looked a bit dated for someone who likes a modern style, though it was my partner’s cup of tea.
Location-wise, it’s a little far from the main areas of Shanghai. We usually took a taxi, and it took around 20 minutes to get to the Oriental Bund and Shanghai Tower, which wasn’t a big problem.
Other than that, there’s nothing else to mention.

Sometimes under the standards

Carpet full of hair that of course was not mine, look like never they pass a bacon, also furniture to old, staff don't able to speak English

Pros:

I had an excellent stay . For this money my stay and comfort was excellent. Breakfast was so good, I could spend 2 hours only eating. . Room cleaning service was on time and punctual . Gives a beautiful overview.

Cons:

Only this hotel is about 2 kms walk from the nearest metro
