PlumpJack Inn

Very old, smelled musty, beds horrible. Keys did not work & was told system is old.
If I wasn’t there for a special occasion I would not have booked this place for the price. Very disappointing

I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. I arrived in the late morning to PlumpJack and asked reception if there was any way I could check in earlier. They said they would call me if they were able to get another room made up/cleaned before my reservation check in. I was more than satisfied by the staffs' kindness and ability to make swaps/changes to get me into my room a bit earlier, on a weekend that was very busy for the hotel nonetheless. The staff was beyond kind, caring and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Olympic Village!

It was NOT quiet unfortunately. We had doors slamming and partiers in our row until at least 10. Everything else about our stay was nice and comfortable.

The property seemed old and tired. The pool looked beat up....as did the general area in and around the hotel. No A/C and limited help from the in-room fan. The property needs a complete redo and clean up. Although, I must admit...we did enjoy the service and the dining at the Cafe. No outdoor seating during the week.

All good room was a little bit small and carpet had some stains but otherwise bathroom was extremely big and nice

First time stay was amazing . This time room was old and noisy . Hot tubs outdated too

Beautiful hotel in the great location of Olympic Valley. Room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious. Pool/patio area was very inviting.

The hotel is in an extremely beautiful location.

Love the location to the Olympic Village, pet friendliness, super comfy bed and the bar for bites and creative libations. All staff were wonderful. We fully expected high rates for the convenient location and splurged $2500 for 3 nights over Valentines & Presidents weekend. We wouldnt pay that again unless PlumpJack refreshed its tired rooms. It’s time….

Every one working here is so nice and kind! the only complaint i have is the rooms feel stale. like no good air circulation. i opened the window but it only opens a tiny bit. so if the window can open wider that would help alot!

I was surprised to learn there was no hot breakfast served at a ski resort. First time I experienced this in 40 yrs. Of skiing. In Europe, breakfast Buffett is common.

Very expensive for a hotel without a full time bar or restaurant. The rooms are not even close to being sound proof. You can hear regular talking in the room next door and all walking from the room above. The curtains are the same ones from 20 years ago and do not block out the light. Sad they can’t even provide breakfast anymore yet the rates are higher than ever. The staff are nice and helpful and provided whatever they were able to provide. Food and drinks when the bare and kitchen were open was very good. The best reason the stay here is the proximity to the lifts and parking.
