Personal nett und hilfsbereit schlecht für Menschen mit Gebehinderung da man Treppe hoch bis zum Aufzug muss und dasselbe dann nochmal um an das passende Zimmer zu bekommen

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren schon durchgelegen, daher ein bisschen Abzug beim Komfort.

Cons:

Das voll unbrauchbare Kissen. Auf Nachfrage ob wir noch ein Kissen bekommen können, hat der junge Mann an der Pforte ( um 16.00.Uhr) gesagt wir sollen morgen kommen. Morgen wäre schon der Abreisetag.
