Pros:

Wir haben in der 4 Etage gewohnt. Der Fahrstuhl war außer Betrieb. Wir mussten über die Wendeltreppe na oben laufen. Da ich durch eine Knie sehr schlecht laufen kann, haben wir gefragt ob wir in eine der unteren Etagen einziehen könnten. Leider bestand die Möglichkeit nicht. Wir wurden auch nicht im Vorfeld informiert das der Fahrstuhl defekt ist. Es war für mich schon eine ganz schöne Strapaze.
Ich erwarte von Ihnen eine Antwort.
