What I did like about it is that female staff is very attentive, but male staff always has attitude.

Front desk service not good. The man at the front desk asked me upon checking out if I had smoked in the room any smoking in the room? Gave bad service also at check-in when trying to get parking passes very rude. I definitely would not stay here again.

We had a very nice stay, the room was comfortable the staff was incredibly nice and very helpful.
Pros:

It was in an excellent location, the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location within walking distance of the boardwalk. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. We traveled with our baby and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and convenient parking.

Cons:

There were only a few minor things. The pool is on the smaller side, and there was a small spot in the bathtub that could have used a little extra attention. However, neither issue affected our stay, and everything else was clean and well maintained.

We loved our stay. We stayed 2 nights but had it been a longer stay the water/plumbing issue would have been bothers

I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

It’s close to the boardwalk.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean. The bed cover had stains, the towels were dirty, the tub was dirty. It seemed as though they didn’t really clean the room and that’s just not acceptable. The coffee was watery one day and then the next it was clear the pump had not been cleaned, leaving flecks in the coffee. When I pay hundreds of dollars to stay for a couple nights I expect the room to at least be clean.

Pros:

Padroni di casa gentilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La villetta posizionata sul colle gode di una pace e di una vista fantastica; accoglienza con piccoli dolcetti. Colazione con tutto e di più, dalla frutta fresca ai dolci fatti in casa o prosciutto e formaggi buonissimi. A disposizione anche una sala con mega schermo TV. Altra cosa positiva il check-in tardivo causa traffico. Grazie Linda e Wolfango, speriamo di rivederci presto. Danilo e Patrizia
