Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Also - the location was great!

Cons:

We will not stay there again, for several reasons:
1. Parking was a nightmare. Activities should not be based around, "if we move the car, we'll never get another spot".
2. "Curtains" were cute shutters but they did not block ANY light from outside.
3. Breakfast was mostly gluten - just doesn't work for us.

Close to the beach but your deserve better.
Pros:

The lady that worked there is really personal and helped resolve the issue that was at hand.

Cons:

The male that works at the front (I think he is the owner) was really disrespectful. I made a reservation on Booking.com for a 2 bed queen room. He claims on his end it says I reserved a 1 king bed room, even after showing him proof of my booking confirmation, he was not willing to fix the issue on his end. He was really about just let my 2 teens kids, my fiance and I sleep on 1 bed. Thank god his wife stepped in. She is the only reason Im not giving complete 0 review.

Attempt made to accommodate due to room issues

Good breakfast/eggs need to be scrambled as the ones served were rubbery
Good location for boardwalk

Cons:

did not have our room ready due to some staff issues. was offered a room with pull out bed on second floor. Room had a fireplace with a chimney where seaguls sat and squawked on and off day and night. IT WAS LIKE AN ECHO CHAMBER INTO THE ROOM.
So loud and no way to block off the fireplace. PLEASE CLOSE THAT FIREPLACE and SEAL IT OFF WITH BRICKS AND TAKE THAT CHIMNEY DOWN off the roof!
It was an unpleasant 3 nights being kept awake with the squawking!!

Pros:

Conveniently close to the boardwalk. They have a daily breakfast in the morning. Can't expect much more from a two-star hotel.

Peaceful and Restful
Pros:

The location was perfect and so very close to the Boardwalk, and we didn't have to worry about parking at any time. We were located right in the middle of town.

Cons:

Possibly expand parking a little more but there wasn't any additional space for more parking spots and I don't believe that it's a change that can happen.
