Walking distance to everything. Cleanliness was immaculate for older property.
Pros:

Breakfast and location were great. Service was wonderful. The only downfall was I was on the third floor and no elevator.

Close to Boardwalk and Beach. Parking available for free. It is not fancy, but definitely adequate to stay when not planning to spend time at the hotel.

Good location, good vibes, everywhere we went we pretty much walked.

Cons:

The parking was to tight for all the rooms on location. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as well as the pillows provided. I would go out to smoke and see random people walking through the parking lot.

For the money I spent not worth it

The location was nice because it was down the street from the boardwalk.

Cons:

The parking to start office was terrible. If you didn’t get front parking, you had a park in the back of a creepy alleyway. The staff was not friendly. We asked for help with our TV because it wasn’t working the owner/manager. I’m not sure who he was very unpleasant and looked at my mom and I and discuss as he fixed the issue. Also, the breakfast the next morning was in Schaefer, but those Schaefers were cold. No heat to them whatsoever.

Super place to stay, friendly and very helpful!
Pros:

The staff was amazing. We asked for a ground-floor room when we booked, which they accommodated. Before we even got there they called to check what time we would be checking in, and told us if our room wasn't ready when we got there we could park and they would call and let us know. It was ready when we arrived. We were there for an Ironman race, and management allowed us to remain parked for the event.

Cons:

Maybe that the "pool" was closed.
