Pros:

Good location, helpful staff, clean. Airport shuttle is available. Better call to arrange it and chat through Booking didn't work.

Cons:

The room's furnishing is quite old and some of the furnitures worn out. Funny fact - there is a VHS player in the room :) .. has been cool but 20 years ago.
Our room was on the ground level and was very dark even during a sunny day.

Nice Hotel, would recommend.

TVs were outdated. Larger And newer TVs will be more efficient.

Pros:

We liked the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. And it felt safe in the facility. The staff was also very accommodating of some special needs we had.

Cons:

The furniture was threadbare.

Pros:

Excellent location, within sight of the BART station, adjacent to a shopping plaza with a grocery store and Starbucks. The room was very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Free breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was very clean but furniture was worn. Given what a great deal the price was and the other benefits of the location, this wasn't a big deal for me.

Pros:

I loved the outdoor hot tub. The room was spacious and the kitchen in very nice. It was clean enough - no bugs. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. I didn't use the living room area. It is an older space but I was very comfortable. The walls are thin, so it might be noisy. It didn't bother me much. Close proximity to the mall and the airport were convenient.

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was pretty bad but I'm picky about food. I walked to a local coffee shop for breakfast. There is a full kitchen in each unit, so you could also get groceries and make your own breakfast.

Spacious and clean Suites with Breakfast on point daily
Pros:

I enjoy the kitchenette and the common area for family to relax. Allowing those who need to rest go into the rooms. We’re such a big family. It’s nice to have a place where you can lay your head where there’s peace and quiet away from all the stories and fun in the common area

Cons:

I wish there was a elevator. I do have family that can’t walk upstairs, but I will say I appreciate the front desk, giving us the second floor inside the area where the front desk is located. The stairs weren’t that bad to walk up. That’s my only issue… Everything else was amazing and met our standards

Comfortable and relaxing!
Pros:

This hotel is our always go to when we stay up north. The room is so roomy and comfortable for all our party and the added kitchen is definitely a bonus! And the breakfast is also a great addition!
