Hotel ok, price sky-high for what it offers.
Pros:

room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok. Check out staff very polite.

Cons:

The check-in was not pleasant or welcoming - the office clerk on duty gave me the impression he was doing me a favor. Bad attitude.

room service was timely met and friendly. bed very comfortable. entrance to room well lighted. grounds are routinely groomed. over site of guest behaviors, interactions is appreciated. presence of security good. administrative staffers focus on details. smiling always.

Cons:

weekend breakfast is lacking hot table selections. in general meat patties and sausages are under cooked 7 days a week.
administrative staff did address issue when brought to attention. some improvement shown short term,
laundry facility lacks equipment that does service well, a drop leaf folding table would be beneficial. perhaps a small bench.

Great place for a safe and comfortable night stay.
Pros:

Great staff and property overall. Wish we could’ve used the pool and spa but we had to leave early. Would come back

Good location, helpful staff, clean. Airport shuttle is available. Better call to arrange it and chat through Booking didn't work.

Cons:

The room's furnishing is quite old and some of the furnitures worn out. Funny fact - there is a VHS player in the room :) .. has been cool but 20 years ago.
Our room was on the ground level and was very dark even during a sunny day.
