The pool was okay. The room was confortable.
The dog barking in 611 at 0100 hrs. The guy talking to his babe on the phone in the hallway at 0145 hrs. No extended parking and airport shuttle available. I will cancel my future stay.
Friendly staff; breakfast hours
Difficult to get on internet. Confusing captchas. Lights in room to dim. Need more hooks in bathroom. Was not made clear that there were 2 Sonesta Hotels, each with their own shuttles. But the driver was kind enough to take us from one to the other without returning us to the airport.
The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. I have stayed here many times and the breakfast area is nice with a good variety of options. I love the extra space in the rooms.
Some of the rooms are a bit dated but some upgrades are happening. The bed wasn't super comfortable for me but the sofa had been upgraded from previous stays as well as the window coverings, which was appreciated.
Grundsätzlich eines der besseren Hotels in dieser Preisklasse. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, separatem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche.
Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen.
Flugzeuge überfliegen das Hotel zum Teil mehrfach in einer Minute. Am Anfang und tagsüber ist das noch ganz witzig, aber nachts findet man das dann nicht mehr so lustig, da es wirklich sehr laut ist. Zwischen 01:00 und 05:00 Uhr ist der Flugverkehr wohl eingeschränkt, aber es sind trotzdem noch mehrere Flieger in der Stunde. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man dieses Hotel bucht.
Das ist ein großes Manko, aber auch das einzige.

The staff was so helpful, even when their system was malfunctioning and got us in to the wrong room, J'den was able to get us a refund for the inconvenience.
There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel. Other than being given the wrong room, which was only a minor inconvenience.
Location was noisy.. a bit quiet
The staff was very nice despite our late check in, they even surprise upgraded my family to a double bed/double room (from a single queen). They helped us with the check in process and parking and were just really super nice and friendlier than staff I've encountered at other hotels. The room was clean and quiet despite being near the airport and construction during the day. The complimentary breakfast was also very good quality and flavorful compared to what I was expecting.
The only small thing that bothered me was that the soap tray in the shower had small stains but the rest of the room was completely clean and tidy. Even the shampoo and conditioner smelled great
The location was great for where I needed to be and the staff was friendly, provided all the information I needed, and all in all fantastic! The room, was very spacious and bigger than most hotel rooms. It was very comfortable and having a full refrigerator instead of a mini fridge helps a lot. It also has a walk-in closet which helps with space, when you don't have to maneuver around your luggage!
The room was definitely showing it's age (wear and tear). Although, I loved having a walk-in closet, it smelled of urine and there was a hole in the carpet. The light switch in the bathroom was loose and practically falling off. The couch material was scratchy and smelled of dust. Those are minor things, that I could deal with. I still felt comfortable and would stay here again. Also, I didn't mind it, but it's just a warning for those who have a lot of heavy luggage. There's not really an elevator, so if you're on the 2nd floor, you'll have to carry all your luggage up stairs.

The Location
I was very disappointed with the condition of this property. The cleanliness was well below what I expect for a hotel charging over $200 per night.
The bathrooms were especially concerning, with visible dust buildup on the exhaust fans, dirt on the walls and ceilings, and old, outdated toilets. The carpet throughout the room looked dingy and unclean. The bed linens also appeared to have been reused rather than freshly laundered—they certainly did not smell clean or fresh.
I don’t believe the hotel’s location justifies these conditions or the price. I’ve stayed at other Sonesta properties that were clean, well-maintained, and up to the brand’s standards. This property, however, felt dated, neglected, and in need of significant attention. Management needs to invest in proper housekeeping and maintenance instead of cutting corners.
