Pros:

Big room, spacious and the room service was really clean and well done

Cons:

There are a lot of rats in front of the building at night going through the trash cans - i think at peak it was 4 rats that i saw. Kitchen facility is nice but then at the same time the induction doesnt work properly in combination with the pans provided - so grilling a steak medium on max heat took 30-40 minutes

Cons:

The hotel is in serious need of renovation — everything feels outdated and worn down. Unfortunately, the area surrounding the property is full of homeless people, which makes it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk around. Definitely not worth the price until major upgrades and improvements are made.

Overall my stay was an unpleasant experience.
Pros:

The location. Most of the staff was helpful.

Cons:

I requested a first floor room, which was fulfilled however, the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke and wasn't clean. The property states 100% smoke-free rooms but thats inaccurate. I'm not a smoker and requested another room but the next room had a dirty kitchen, broken drawers and out-dated, dirty (external and internal) yellowish refrigerator. That appliance is not what's shown in the pictures on the website. I requested another room once again. The next was decent but the bathroom with the bathtub had food on the floor, blood on the curtains, urine on the toilet seat, and several strands of long hair around the sink and floor. The property wasn't kept clean. Trash cans were over flowing every day and litter (ex. Cigarette cartons, food wrappers) were left on the ground for days. Rats were spotted on the property. Sometimes parking was limited due to the white
construction/work trucks parking horizontal across
five or more parking spots.
