Pros:

The pool being open. Our one bedroom suite being big enough for a family of 6. We were given early check in.

Cons:

They didn't make more breakfast at 8:30am for us people who just got there with nothing left to eat but scrambled eggs, yogurt, bread and pancakes with no syrup! That was not fair nor okay! Especially us families with children who depends on breakfast! They didn't have enough linen, towels for the pool and room. We didn't have a phone in the room to call the front desk, so we had to walk in the cold to the front which was 3 buildings away! We also found a creature (roach or waterbug) in our room! Staff didn't understand English in the kitchen. No fruit was provided during breakfast as well! Breakfast is a big thing for us who make reservations! Step it up yal! Totally wasn't okay!

breakfast was amazing every morning warm and delicious

Cons:

seen a couple roaches in our room not nice honestly, plus we got charged for parking when I was told I would get charged 10.00 for one of our vehicles only and they charged me for both vehicles $60.00

Great place, it meet our needs. A little difficult if you aren’t driving but easily factored in.
Pros:

Room meet all our needs and was a lovely room.

Cons:

Nothing major. I was aware that it was located away from restaurants etc so heavily relied on Uber and public transport but worth it for the room set up

Cons:

A few issues in our room. Bathroom sink was clogged and shower head didn’t work well. I asked for clean towels and was told I had to take the dirty ones to reception to get clean ones

Pros:

The room was comfy and in a great location being right off the 101. Tucked away in a business district, so it was busy around rush hour traffic. Included breakfast which was about what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, nothing fancy, but still nice. The room has a big fridge and a small kitchen with a heating stove. Two bathrooms and a master suite. Great for families.
