Would not use bookings.com again but hotel was clean, friendly and good price.
Pros:

Hotel was great. Bookings.com was not. Tried to cancel reservation shortly after making it and got AI bot and no assistance except circular directions to contact hotel. Would recommend contacting hotel directly. They were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Bookings.com. Will go directly to hotel next time.

Excellent retaurant and bar with a decent hotel
Pros:

All the staff were really nice and accommodating and the hotel is in a great location and is very comfortable and clean.

But what I really enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent and I was surprised that such a great restaurant was located in a hotel. The food was great and the service excellent. The cocktails were especially good and very creative. I really enjoyed the Bellini, The Tequila Mockingberry, The Perfect Alibi, and the desert cocktail with the lemon cake (its hard to find on the menu --bur really worth the hunt!

Cons:

The room was comfortable and clean. But I REALLY wished they had more reliable and frequent maid service. Having to run to the front desk to get toilette paper and towels and take out the trash was a pain.

The scent is too strong. The room temperature was hotter than the hallway. The A/C couldn’t turn on. The blinking lights of the alarm or sensor are too bright when lights off.

Nice hotel but really poor service after being charged twice!
Pros:

Property was fine but the communication was poor.

Cons:

The property charged me twice. And when I tried to message them I've been ignored and still remain out of pocket. I really expected better than this. It's a disappointing ending to a great trip.

It was adequate, although my husband and I did not get much sleep.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was clean

Cons:

The bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. It was not very easy to navigate around. When we went to the pool at 9pm after a 10 hour drive, there was loud music playing and guests were drinking alcohol in the pool area, using lots of foul language. It was not very welcoming.
