Easy access, close to restaurants, stores etc.
I was charged a $25.00 + tax early departure fee because I checked out before 10 am. Never heard of such a thing in my life. I'm disputing it, but haven't heard anything back so far.
this. room is very nice, comfortable and clean
at check in I found that rooms with king size beds are all located 0n the 2cd floor, 7 to 8 steps up . there are no elevators in the hotel, and the only other choice was 2 Double beds, the hotel has no Queen beds. My huband is 83 year old and cant walk far as he has a bad back. there are no luggage carts availabe at our entrance. A wonderful man that was waiting in line to check in came forward and offered to help us with our bags to our room. He was a guest checking in. This was a very disturbing check in experience. The hotel needs to tell guests at booking that all king beds are on 2cd floor and that the only other choice is 2 DOUBLE beds. And that there are no elevators. The stairs were extremely difficult for my elderly husband.
Room was clean
The entrance door near our room didn’t not work resulting in a very long walk to get to the room. This went unrepaired during our entire stay. In addition there were repairs/construction within the hotel until very late at night making sleep nearly impossible.
Dinner was excellent and the service was great. Very enjoyable.

Room don’t have a microwave
Location to our activities was very good.
I booked the room with two queen beds that stated it slept four people. When I got to the room, the beds were smaller than queen size. I went to the desk and asked for a room with queen beds and they said that they had none .The beds they have Were just under queen size. Because there was three male adults we had to request a roll up bed in which they did bring to our room. Also, the bathroom was exceptionally small.
