Run down, smelly & stank of pot smokers…not a great night. We were very surprised by all of this with a Hilton property and ended up leaving early.
It’s hard to give this hotel a decent review when we were only here for 12 hours, prior to boarding an early morning flight out of Hartford the next day. That being said, and without taking advantage of any of the amenities (including breakfast), our stay was definitely only average :(
Friendly enough welcome upon arrival, but no recognition of HH status (I’ve given up on that at most places now, lol) and I had to ask for directions to our room (there are six buildings on the property and I didn’t have a clue where to start!) — they weren’t proactively provided.
Our room was large, spacious and clean (enough), if not a little outdated. Super comfy, clean bed — and I would have slept well if it weren’t for the constant noise throughout the night (from airplanes to people in the parking lot to other guests in the hallway to garbage trucks), and then a strong stench of marijuana emanating from a neighboring room on the second floor as we were checking out at 4.30am.
At one point in the evening I messaged the front desk as we couldn’t get the WiFi to work, but they didn’t respond for almost 2 hours. Flushing the toilet in our bathroom was also a challenge — we had to hold it down for about 20 seconds for it to flush! Horrible design on the bathroom sink too — it’s so shallow the water splashes everywhere! One final note is that my husband was disgusted by the very stained couch in the lounge room — to the point he refused to even walk near it.
This place could definitely do with some upgrades and furniture replacements.
Location good, but this was the most uncomfortable hotel I've ever (not) slept in. The staff was lovely. The bathroom was very dirty, the beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. The room was not anything close to clean. We booked for an early flight, so we didn't have to spend too much time there, but I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.
please clean the bathroom and change the sheets. The mattresses felt very old and worn out.

The breakfast selection. The cantaloupe tasted soured. The food was not a traditional breakfast. It was spicy.
