La limpieza

Basketball court
Property clean staff where awesome but it was over populated and I was hurt on the property due to a faulty window
I was injured by a window on the property
We checked in with hope and luggage in tow,
But the key card machine had decided, “No.”
No keys to hand out, no magical swipe—
The maintenance man became our room-access type.
We opened the door with excitement and cheer,
Then noticed some roommates already were here.
Not family, not friends, not guests we’d invite…
Just insects who’d checked in before us that night.
The bathroom, alas, brought another surprise—
Pubic hair decorating walls before our eyes.
I’ve heard of unique art and creative décor…
But that’s not the accent wall I was looking for.
The pull-out bed promised a comfortable night,
Its bedding, however, looked far from alright.
Fresh linens were clearly on permanent leave—
Not exactly the luxury one hopes to receive.
Then came the bathroom’s own indoor rain,
Two ceiling leaks doing their best to entertain.
One filled the bathtub, which seemed almost planned,
The other just puddled itself on the land.
I mentioned the leaks when I picked up my key,
Now that the machine worked sufficiently.
The front desk replied with remarkable ease,
As though indoor waterfalls happened with breeze.
Each breakfast I dreamed of a hot cup of joe,
But the coffee dispensers preferred running low.
Three mornings, ten minutes (or longer) I’d wait—
Apparently caffeine arrives fashionably late.
At 8:40 one morning came knock after knock,
The maid seemed determined to race the clock.
“Do Not Disturb” hung plain as could be…
Perhaps it was written in invisible ink to she.
Checkout day offered an encore, of course—
At 10:42 there came knocking with force.
The sign still was hanging, checkout still noon,
But apparently housekeeping wanted us gone soon.
So here’s to a stay I’ll never forget,
Though “restful vacation” we certainly didn’t get.
We came seeking comfort, relaxation, and bliss…
Instead we got stress with a side of whatever this is.
If hotels were graded on memorable tales,
This one would earn honors for epic fails.
Thanks for the stories—we’ve plenty to tell…
Next time, we’d prefer a hotel over… well… an adventure.
Wasn’t there for breakfast
Our room was very close to a group of pot smoking people. The door continually opened to the outside where all of them hung out and smoked. The smell filtering into our room
Let me be brief. Hotel advertises a complimentary airport shuttle. They no longer offer that service though the hotel website continues to promote it That is DECEPTIVE. This hotel also places a TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLAR hold on your credit card for 'incidentals' That is absolutely ridiculous. What the hotel is really using the $250 for is a security deposit to protect themselves should people decide to 'party' in the rooms there. As a Hilton Silver Honors member I would definitely not return to this property. There are better choices in the area.
Room was large and comfortable. Nicely laid out. Breakfast was very good.
The hotel is a series of 6 buildings (3 stories tall) running back from main check in. I was in building 6 which meant walking all that way (in and out of others) on a cold, rainy morning for breakfast. Defintiely not a grab and go back to your room situation. I ended up driving my car up to main building. Probably would not stay again simply because of layout.
