Cons:

Arrived at 10:00 pm and the hotel had cancelled our reservation. I did not see an option to guarantee our reservation or I certainly would have!! It took an hour and a half to find another hotel. It cost us more than twice as much as this hotel would have cost. Not too pleased with my Booking.com experience!

It’s ok. The facilities are dated and old. With renovations this place would be great.
Cons:

They say they clean once a week. They don’t. You have to ask the front desk. And even then they may not. I was there for 2 months. They cleaned my room once. I asked to have it done in my last month, they didn’t do it.

The location was is to find and the room was spacious

Cons:

The floors in the kitchen are coming apartment. The carpet is extremely smelly and dirty with stains like the couch. The hallways carpet also has a terrible odor. Laundry is not available for towels or washcloths after 3 PM.

Was all great but was not told that reception close at 7 pm didn’t receive phone call prior with instructions to get key fir room had to call emergency number for girl to come at 8:30 and check us in inconvenient for HER as well as cause us worry of not having a room … having booked well in advance
