Pleasant stay. The manager, Sam, runs a great ship.
Pros:

We loved the cleanliness, the affordability and especially the bed! We like traveling to a residence type hotel because it is convenient to our time to start our day. We even have our portable kitchen we bring in case a need comes up. They're not always fully stocked, but usually in cleaning the staff will run the dishwasher and everything is in there!

Cons:

Not much. There is an age and worn-out look sometimes, but when you find a gem like this it can be overlooked.

Cons:

They put me on the 1st floor, it was my mom and my daughter. When we went in people was standing in hall smoking weed..Upon entering we checked windows and there were two that wouldn't lock..had to move stuff around to feel safe. The staff had left for the day at 2pm and we arrived at 3..no one to talk to about situation. Very scary situation and night.

The staff was kind

Cons:

I didn't like that it was only 1 remote in the room and I couldn't watch TV in the bedroom because it was stuck on 1 channel. The bed was broken at the foot of the bed. I usually don't have any complaints and I'm 100% satisfied when I'm here, but this time was different. I will still book a room here because of my previous experiences were great.

At just glance and review on line-it looked good-customer service at front desk from our check in was good-lady was helpful. The check out was ok-we checked out late

Cons:

The cleanliness, the surroundings-dead bug on ceiling, ceiling was stained, pots and pans had white dried something,racks was oily and dusty (pictures attached) I have more pictures but it only allowed me to post 4 pics

Stay didn’t last very long.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Everything. The suite was filthy. The couch and chair in the living room need completely replaced, along with a lot of the furniture inside. Dog food on the floor, food left behind in the cabinets, kitchen table and chairs were sticky and dirty, bed side tables had cup rings all over them, and little girls underwear fell out of one of the drawers I opened.

Terrible
Pros:

I turned up at the hotel to find the doors closed and locked. No one on site to assist. They didn't bother to tell me they canceled my reservation. I was stranded in the middle of a foreign country not knowing where to go. Very stressful time
