Rien. On devait faire 3 nuits, on n’en a fait qu’une. Ce qui était appréciable était de pouvoir annuler les 2 dernières nuits sans frais

AC was not switched on. Did not allow late check out.
Was in town for a basketball tournament and booked last minute. The location is good, not too far off the highway and plenty of food around.
The hallways and elevators are very dated and dirty. I was curious as walking to my room if it'd be dirty as well. At first I was surprised at how clean the room appeared, then I saw small curly hair on the nightstand and dust bunnies on the floor. The toilet seat had something hard stuck on seat and the remote was caked with something thick and sticky, it took 3 antibacterial wipes to get it cleaned.
It is convenient to a lot of places . I’ve stayed here a lot but my last time was Horrible
The people next to my room was loud yelling banging on walls and had TV up so loud. The room had problems with it.
The price was good. The facility was okay. The staff were the best part. They were helpful.
The entire hotel smelled of weed and cigarettes. Everywhere you walked it was a weed and cigarette odor.
The shower was dirty.
The pool was nice and clean.
I thought I paid the entire stay at check-in, and they informed me of a 200 dollar hold that would be on my card. Apparently, they only charged for a portion of the stay, then put an 800 dollar hold on my card. Then, a week into my stay, they call me and tell me I need to pay my balance. I checked the paperwork and proceeded to pay the remainder of my balance. Then, at check out, they tell me I still owe almost over 700 dollars and have no record of the initial payment made.

Basketball hoop, pool was nice, staff was very nice, mostly clean but it could use a little more freshening up.
Breakfast was gone when we got to the breakfast room. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors clearly. The smell of the hotel hallways and our room was not pleasant. It’s stuck on our clothes when we would leave. Not much parking. Our sink was clogged with hair. Light lbs were automatic in the living room and when you moved it would turn on.
The coffee was fine. The breakfast otherwise wasn’t good.
Food was wrapped in plastic. There was no effort made for recycling. The orange juice was good. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and uneven in places. It looked like evidence of a previous flooding in the bathroom. Room 307.
It was spacious and near everything. From grocery stores to shopping stores.
