You have a room that was like an apartment it.came fully furnished with everything you need housekeeping knocked everyday to see if you need anything. The hallway did gave a musty smell.

Cons:

I didn't like when the night auditor tried to hit my debit card and the room was already paid for.

Very convenient at wonderful price near our son in Cincinnati.
Pros:

The best part of breakfast was the coffee! There were plenty of choices of foods, like dry cereals and oatmeal. Love yogurt and fruit. Building is clean and well kept. Maintenance is great! Laundry is convenient! Building feels safe and secure.

It was affordable & staff were super friendly!

Cons:

The walls inside the rooms needs cleaned very badly. The floors & walls in hallway could also use some attention! The bathrooms bathtub was not very clean. Had someone else's hair in it & also seemed liked it could use some time spent on it....overall we just needed to sleep which we checked & it was bug free in our room which we were very pleased with! Loved that is was two t.v.'s so our daughters could also watch what they wanted to as well! & the facts we had our own kitchen! Although we didn't use it, we will keep it in mind if we come to stay again!

We really liked it. I might have been disappointed if I would have expected to have the pool.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. The full size refrigerator was very nice. Most of the little ones don't work well or you can't put anything in them. The bed and pillows were very nice. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Cons:

The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was very poor quality. For some reason the pool was covered and it was 90 degrees while were there. We wouldn't have used the pool this time, but I don't know why you wouldn't have the pool open with the hot temperatures.

Not worth the money to stay there
Pros:

Size of the rooms and TV, fridge, 2 sinks in bathroom

Cons:

The couch bed and the other beds, showrr head, bathroom had mold hole in the door from in bathroom, kitchen table was wobly, didn't have clean dishes, no blanket for cough bed, floors was dirty when we got there, tolit sits so low to the ground, laundry was on 2nd floor, ice was on 2rd floor, key cards took way to long to work, breakfast was almost gone and not refilled and it was only 7am so we didn't get to see all they had,
