Goede bedden en prima ontbijt. De douche was ook prima.
De badkamer is wat aan de krappe kant. Maar ach zo erg is dat niet.
The property is in an excellent central location to explore London or conveniently reach business meetings in central locations. The room was compact but well enough. We also went with the renovated rooms, so it felt even better and included a large screen TV. Kettle and Coffee machine were provided, as well as additional pillows. USB-A sockets for your phone charger by the bed. The bathrobes were surprisingly nice! The minibar included chocolates and soft drinks that seemed to be complimentary, as no prices were indicated. Milk was provided with the coffee pods instead of powder creamer. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and not two single beds pushed together, as many other hotels do it.
The bathroom was completely well-equipped and clean, but only included one towel for two people (another one was to be found in the wardrobe) and was a bit cold and small, but completely served its purpose. This hotel is for you to sleep in, not to spend time in the room, comfort and facilities match this idea. Overall, I am very satisfied, but I think for the same price, rooms should be a bit more updated, spacious and with a more modern bathroom.

The location was superb, within walking distance of several underground stations and near shops and a couple of pubs. They gave us an upgrade so we could check in early, which made our first day in London much more comfortable.

All'arrivo in hotel ho scoperto che avevo prenotato una camera accessibile, quindi mi hanno fatto direttamente loro l'upgrade a una camera migliore! In realtà era ancora piuttosto piccola e la finestra affacciava su un cortile interno spoglio e sporco, però la camera era molto pulita, c'era la vasca che ho apprezzato tantissimo, e snack e bevande gratuiti.
La posizione era molto buona, raggiungibile a piedi da punti di interesse.
Lo staff non era particolarmente gentile, molto sbrigativo.
L'hotel era un po' eccessivamente grande e bisognava percorrere lunghi corridoi.
Come avevo già anticipato la camera era piccola, nonostante il costo piuttosto significativo.
Le pareti delle camere erano piuttosto sottili, tant'è che si sentiva la televisione delle stanze a fianco.
