Londres que du bonheur.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est bien varié. La chambre très bien et une bonne literie. L’emplacement bien proche du métro et à 15 min. à pied de Tottenham Court.

Cons:

RAS mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir une grande salle de bain (chambre 530) mais au final c’est pas dérangeant. Tout est fonctionnel.

Air conditioning did not work
Pros:

Staff are polite and helpful. Air conditioning in our room did not work - nor apparently in the whole floor. Lobby and bar were well cooled, which made them pleasant for the staff. Unfortunately the room was so hot it was better to try to sleep in a heatwave with the windows and curtains open rather than rely on the built-in aircon. This was very disappointing from a brand like Holiday Inn (IHG).

On the whole we had an enjoyable stay
Pros:

Good location and comfortable rooms

Cons:

Requested a twin bed room when booking
but didn’t get one. If I’d known we would be allocated a double bed I would of looked elsewhere

Samantha is amazing
Pros:

I just wanted to stay we stayed here for 3 nights and it was incredible the staff were amazing and really couldn’t do enough for you especially Samantha who worked behind the bar not only was she probably the nicest people I’ve ever met she was so friendly and went above and beyond. She’s an absolute credit to your business.

The air conditioning in the rooms on the 5th floor does not work, even though the hotel has adequate cooling power to keep the lobby and bar area cool. This is unacceptable for a brand like Holiday Inn.
