I was attending a conference in the hotel, staying and also had a few meals. All was excellent my only negative view is that the "premium room" was very small no sace to move around. Otherwise all good.

Room lights. No bedside reading lights and confusing configuration of light switches.
Room was cold, with no heating control.
Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. They were able to get us checked in super early, and even stored our luggage after check-out. They made our stay so easy!
