We stay here two or three times a year so that probably says it all!
Pros:

Great location and friendly, polite staff. Close to both Regents Park and Great Portland Street underground stations and of course Regents Park. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. The rooms have everything you need and a big TV. I like the provided Dove toiletries.

Cons:

Bathroom was small and too small for a full sized bath. Also need to be a bit of a contortionist to reach the toilet paper! We have always found the bar and dining room area to be a bit on the cool side whatever time of year we stay.

It was all nicer than expected, including snacks. We were meeting others and didn't eat in the hotel and can't comment on this.

Un hôtel acceptable, un peu décevant pour la chaine Holyday Inn.

La situation géographique.

Cons:

J'avais réservé à l'avance en demandant une chambre en étage avec vue côté ville. Nous étions au 2ème étage sur une cour intérieure triste. Déconseillée aux claustrophobes.
La chambre était globalement propre, mais les voilages étaient sales et il y avait une toile d'araignée au coin de la fenêtre.
La chambre était très petite. Mais on est à Londres, on a l'habitude...

Το ξενοδοχειο ήταν σε πολύ καλο σημείο καθαρό απλα υπήρχε πρόβλημα με την θέρμανση ...είχε καλοριφέρ το οποιο οταν το ανοίγαμε δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε από την ζέστη γιατί δεν υπήρχε καμμια ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας με αποτέλεσμα να μην το ανοίγουμε καθολου και κάποιες ώρες να κρυωνουμε
