Property is very nice. We were disappointed that we were not able to get into our room at check in time, but the desk clerk handled it well. Just a warning that there is no lift to upper floor rooms.

Visit to Gloucester.
Pros:

Great hotel in quiet area. Lovely room with excellent bed and amenities. Plenty of car parking (£5 per 24 hours) and the breakfast was excellent.

Pros:

Comfy, well equipped room, nice and quiet area of the hotel, pleased to have openable windows. Some of the decor looking a little dated and well used. Pool is nice
Staff very kindly provided drink vouchers for our party to aid our celebrations. much appreciated.

Pros:

Stayed overnight on our way to Cornwall . The hotel is spotless in all areas and the staff very friendly and helpful. Made us and our little dog so welcome. Would definitely return and would 100% recommend.

Very good upgraded room
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotal a number of times and this was the best yet. The room had recently been refurbished and it was excellent.
I only gave it 4 stars as the TV in the room didn't allow casting from my phone app when it advertised that it would. Apart from that very minor issue, it was a great stay and a good night's sleep.

Pros:

Overnight stay with my wife, the rooms are comfy and clean. All the staff we met were excellent, especially the restaurant staff. We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast and all were cooked really well and tasted lovely. Well done to everyone who works here.

Really nice hotel. It was just a 1 night stop over but I was very pleasantly surprised. Newly refurbished I’m told and it shows. Lovely pool/health club, big room, comfy bed and on site parking 👌

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived on sunday afternoon. We had a fantastic stay and had great value for money including full breakfasts. The building looked brand new. Well done to all the staff , we will be returning in the future.

Pros:

Got there at 1-20 in the morning due to work commitments and was told issues with my room and sent to a holiday Inn express about another 15 to 20 minutes drive away after already driving for nearly 4 hours totally unacceptable 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

A well featured and relaxing place to stay
Pros:

We have stayed at the Gloucester hotel several times as it is an ideal break on our trips from Yorkshire to Cornwall.

The location is great, easy access to the M5 and also to Gloucester centre if you want to wander round - the cathedral is certainly worth a visit and is just a few minutes away.

The hotel staff are warm, friendly and very courteous, the food was very good and plenty of space in the restaurant so it never feels cramped.

The pool area is clean and well kept, although it can get busy, particularly in the jacuzzi and sauna but that’s not a big problem overall.
I would recommend this hotel and I’ve no doubt we will be back.
