The fridge in the room to cool stuff. The service from the front desk was good.

Cons:

Paying for parking i think staying member should get a free code to put in for free parking. Also there needs to be a toilet brush in bathroom.

Pros:

We would definitely stay again!!
Pros:

From our arrival to our departure ALL THE STAFF we're exceptional! Nothing was to much bother, always had smiles and very welcoming.
We honestly have not experienced such great service from anywhere we have stayed in the UK in terms of how homely it felt and attentive staff were.

Exceptionally clean room/bathroom.

Also had a lovely surprise on entering the room, a birthday card and a box of IHG chocolates.

It was very basic as hotels go. Clean, warm and good room size

Cons:

When watching television, a staff member knocked on our door after some time and asked us to turn the television down. We weren't even being noisy, so felt like we had to be quiet. This is the 1st time ive ever experienced this and believe me, iv had music on before and alot louder than a television.
