Great, friendly hotel in convenient location for Bristol.
Pros:

Clean and well equipped rooms. Friendly staff and great facilities in a good location for Bristol City and/or airport.

Cons:

The food was a tad expensive and also we wasn’t informed about service charge and therefore, doubly tipped.

Very comfortable but not quite VFM.
Pros:

Room very comfortable and breakfast was great. Brilliant to have access to the leisure facilities.

Cons:

The price was clearly based on availability but was nearly twice what I would expect for a HI Ex.

Pros:

Hotel staff were very helpful initially, unfortunately both nights we had disturbances, a large party of children running up and down the corridor and knocking on doors, continuing late into the night despite being told to stop, also whitenessed them taking drinks from the bar when it was unmanned. Would suggest that other guests are made aware of group bookings, as we came for a quiet and peaceful stay and not what we experienced, had we known we would have gone elsewhere. Manager too busy to discuss matter on site upon checking out. Asked to wait but by this time I’d had enough.

Lovely stay at Filton Holiday Inn
Pros:

The location is excellent for ease of access to motorways and the city.
The facilities amazing. I loved the fitness centre and the pool.
Comfortable rooms. Good food and super friendly and efficient staff.

A convenient and welcoming place to stay in Bristol
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool was one of the best hotel pools I've experienced and the staff were very friendly. breakfast offered a good choice and was served in a relaxed and airy dining room.

Cons:

We booked an accessible room - it would have been better if it had been closer to the lift, but otherwise it was fine - plenty of space and hand rails

Super comfy bed and pillows! Nice pool. Good menu choices - more than just burgers! Starbucks for morning coffee. Big car park. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Not keen on paying for parking when a property has a big car park and isn’t city centre!
