Another great stay
Pros:

Easy check in. Met by guest services lady who was amazing. Very clean. Bar area welcoming and fast service. Great breakfast and all round Great 3rd stay here.

Cons:

Room felt far away from the entrance and as a smoker it did become tiresome, that's on me for not requesting a more convenient room. The 2 rooms booked were far apart.

I enjoyed my stay and would return. everything was a I expected and overall was good value for money

Great value for money, great service
Pros:

Staff were a massive factor. Could not do enough.

Rooms are clean and well decorated, I notice the small stuff and didnt see anything untoward.

Parking wasnt an issue which is refreshing

The restaurant had a good vibe, even when the hotel got quite busy it was always pleasant, and staff were still attentive

Cons:

Having to go home!

I would have liked my room serviced, stayed for two days and needed more tea and coffee, but we are grasping at straws here!

Excellent customer care - spacious clean comfortable rooms - lovely grounds
Pros:

The customer care was excellent and I felt cared for when I gave feedback which was generously responded to especially when I needed a quiet space to work on my laptop during my stay as it was a busy first night of my stay. Staff were all lovely.

Cons:

The swimming pool is booked daily with kids swimming lessons and was noisy like an old public swimming bath with small cramped unattractive and uncomfortable changing rooms. Accessing the changing rooms through a gym room was not a beautiful entry into this area. I didn’t expect to need a pound coin to lock my things in the lockers. I went swimming once and didn’t go again as it wasn’t a relaxing experience. I gave this feedback as if this gets improved and investment is made in making this a lovely place for adults to swim in then this would set this hotel apart.
The menu does not cater for people who are not able to eat high carbs - this is the case everywhere to be fair and I was grateful the chef responded generously and kindly to my request for low carb with more veg, salad & protein ratios. The meals were beautifully presented.

No air con 2nd time now .no call before and advised upon arrival I could find another hotel if I wasnt happy. Why sell me a room u know has no air-conditioning in the middle of a heatwave . Elite member

Pros:

Choc & crisps was a nice surprise in one of our rooms, with cold bottled water in mini fridge (but wondered why we didn't have the same in our other room).
Rooms were clean.
Beds were comfy.
Air con was brilliant!
Pool was good.
Board games in the bar / restaurant - great way to keep the kids busy.
"Kids Eat Free" with a paying adult was good value. And food was nice - good portion sizes.

Cons:

Showers in sport centre missing a curtain and no shower gel.
