Very very disappointed
Pros:

The staff and breakfast were good

Cons:

On booking.com it portrays the hotel as a large manor house with a large swimming pool. The only picture of the actual hotel is at the end of over 100 pictures. We have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for parking, this is £5 per night. The beds are massively uncomfortable and the bathroom is so small. I have stayed in youth hostels that were better and a fraction of the price.

Lovely
Pros:

Staff was lovely especially Stacey who was only there temporarily. Very professional m, and kind.
The pool was fun for my son. The room was lovely, food also v nice
Great location for outlr visits to Bristol aerospace and the Bristol Zoo project.

Cons:

The road signage coming off the main roundabout and road tge the entrance isnt clear and i missed. Is probably a 2 mile round trip the try again

Nice quieter location for a hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast had very good options and supply of food, nice view onto the garden. Friendly breakfast staff, nice seating areas at the front in reception and other options for seating overlooking the gardens around the hotel. Spacious rooms for families. In quieter grounds with greenery and places to walk. Lovely windows throughout the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again, thank you.

Cons:

The lighting in the room; there were smaller lamps around but no main lights in the centre of the room which made it quite dark at times. The bathroom grouting was pink with bacteria, mould around the edges and corners of the bath and tiles need to be scrubbed/bleached. Could do with a change of carpet inside the corridors to freshen up the hotel?
