Pros:

The staff were lovely & the facilities fantastic as I took advantage of the swimming pool & sauna. The set up of the hotel is great, with loads of parking spaces available if driving which makes it much more convenient. Also love that the tv in the room provided Netflix & YouTube etc.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t very comfortable sadly, mattress felt way too firm. Also the AC didn’t work in the room so it was incredibly warm, but when I requested a fan it wasn’t any trouble and this was provided promptly. The food & drink options were quite expensive at the hotel restaurant/bar area so didn’t take advantage of this too much.

Great location , good facilities
Cons:

We were disappointed to be told the pool closed at 8pm, as both the hotel website and the information on the room TV advertised a 9pm closing time. Since we did not check in until 8pm, this left us no opportunity to use the pool, which was frustrating and misleading.

Super oily food , don't worth the money asking.
Pros:

Nice swimming pool, very helpful staff, clean room.

Cons:

Food is ridiculous, personally my opinion, don't take half board or dinner there , best way to go somewhere out for dinner, after trying a few spoons gave that super oily food back on .

This was an amazing stay, I've travelled with my children to many hotels for various reasons but the standard of staff here was amazing! Friendly, kind, helpful throughout. A great place to stay.

Pros:

The evening meal and breakfast were really good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to my grandchildren who are 2 and 6.

My go to hotel always a pleasure coming back when with my partner
Pros:

Great location for me, comfortable beds and great food! Friendly staff

Cons:

The air conditioning was very poor and made the room uncomfortable/clammy. A fan would have done a better job cooling the room down as was very weak even on high set at lowest temperature!
