Quality Inn Mullins - Marion

The hotel is older and outdated. It has a stinky smell in the hall way. The toilet was dirty. I was very unhappy with my stay.

Easy parking. Good room value

The property has no elevators , king size bed has standard size pillows , towels looked very worn , tv in the room is very small property just overall needs a serious upgrade

This is the only motel/hotel conveniently located on the Marion/Mullins bypass to Myrtle Beach, SC. The exterior is kept neat and clean, the AM breakfast is adequate, the room is clean and the staff were excellent during my stay, July 24-27, room 108. The facility is listed at a 2.5 rating; it is about 40 yrs old now and could use some updating. It also has a faint smell of cigarettes in the carpeted room; even though there is a posting on the front door, smokers did linger close to the entrance. Hopefully, the owners will do a refresh during the fall and winter months to be ready for the spring/summer travelers.

Witnessed several people enter the back door without using the key. The entire property is outdated.

I didn't get my deposit back from not smoking in the room.

Property was nice. Close to Wal-Mart and to the highway

When I had called ahead to ask could I have a bottom room cause I got a boot on my right foot, front desk clerk that I spoke to said it will be ready when you get here. When I got there, the front desk clerk was so nice, she have a great attitude, and her personality was wonderful.

The Wi-Fi wouldn't appear on my phone during my stay. The bathroom sink was dripping and wouldn't turn off. A few dead bugs on the floor. Decent room for the price I guess.

Only spent one night but was a great experience. Staff were amazing and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was hot and there were plenty of options. Beds were comfortable and the property was quiet and clean.

The hotel is not new. However, it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk and housekeeping folks were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is older and as expected as far as decor and services. However the staff went above and beyond! They were all very personable and friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again just to chat with them again.

First room toilet didn’t work then changed to second room their a/c and fan not working very rude front office staff struggled with my 1year old daughter
