I didn't like the long walk to the elevator and I especially didn't like the fact that my keys stopped working in my room and laundry room.

I missed my flight, so a needed a hotel to stay quick and La Quinta gave me this option! Booked it on booking.com and checked in like in just 20 minutes!

1.早餐沒有變化,味道很不錯,但是連續吃4天總是會膩.
2.房間略小,擺放大行李箱就會影響走道動線.
3.連續住4天皆沒有清潔服務,浴廁用品使用受侷限.
Motel needs attention. Really really bad experience. Revocation is needed really bad. Weed smell in the lobby. Poor staff
Absolutely disgusting hotel. I went down to the front desk about having bed bugs in my room and was over looked and brushed under the rug. Even when offered a new room it was dirtier than our current one. Due to the timing of this situation being at midnight and having an exhausting day there were no available rooms within our price range (since we couldn’t get a refund from the bug motel) we were left to sleep in that room. Saturday morning we wake up to 4 more bugs and the obvious fact of them now being in our clothes, bags and books. No one can contact the manager and put me in contact with any authority. Mike was absolutely horrid and didn’t care to hear a word I had to say. Neither front desk attendants even bothered to look at the photos I had. Leading me to believe they hear of this complaint day in and day out. We were forced to leave and risk exposing our families. The hotel can’t do anything until their pest management search’s the room but my proof and emotional distress should be enough to have my money back. When I get home from what was supposed to be a wonderful weekend at a dental conference, I have to isolate my things and the study material I just spent 500 dollars on I thought was safe had a 1mm bed bug on it. Now there’s absolutely no telling where in my house has been exposed. I want my money back and honestly more for the absolute nightmare I’m going to have to live through now because of their lack of diligence and cleanliness.
I didn’t stay for breakfast because the the cleanliness of the place was so bad.
I booked a king, but was given two doubles instead. I would have complained, but we were really tired, it was late and we wanted to get to sleep. Both the nightstand and the desk some sort of sticky matter on them. We had to clean them prior to going to sleep.
We found out the next morning that the tub was patched together and would not draw a bath. You could only take a shower. The little coffee pot in the room was also patched together and didn’t work properly. Lastly as we finished getting ready we found under a shelf above the toilet what appeared to be a full hand smeared feces. We let the front desk know on our way out and he didn’t seem surprised.
Location close to Raleigh Airport, rooms were nice, clean. Staff friendly. Mini fridge and coffee in room. Pet friendly, and the dining area for breakfast was big, which was nice.
