That it said there was a hot tub but wasn’t and the breakfast was a little off

The elevator was in need of a good cleaning and upkeep and the staff wasn’t rude but, they weren’t necessarily friendly

Found the breakfast enjoyable. Found the day staff to be curious, and accommodating. The young man on nights and weekends projected the impression, that it was an inconvenience to assist you.
Had a defective signal cable on the television, requiring it to be jiggle for proper operation. Second night there got very noisy (loud bass music) until late. Also it would be helpful if the toilet was the tall style. Are some type of assistance bars for us elderly.
