The kids always love staying at our favorite staycation place.

Pros:

This has been one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed at! The hot tub was green. Jets barley worked and looked slimmy. The pool had a green sludge along the side of the pool, no towles and were expected to use towles from our room but didnt even have enough towles for everyone staying. Carpets dirty stained and taped down. Smelt like sewage when walking down the hall. The breakfast was not even worth it. And when checking out the lady already had attitude to who ever she was talking to and slammed the phone down. Phone rang again and rolled her eyes. I had asked if I could put my rewards on because I forgot and got told no. Which ok my fault but I have always been asked if I had a rewards number at every best western except for this one! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Price was good, pool was warm, smelled good, good breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable, indented on one side, very used. Hot tub was broke down. Shower didn’t drain.

I like the location and how they support DSU, we always stay there. It's clean and staff always friendly.

Cons:

I thought beds were very uncomfortable, I didnt get much sleep at all. There advertised as queens but Im pretty sure there only full size. The breakfast was very sparse and the whole wheat bread had mold on it.

Pros:

I had a long day and was looking forward to utilizing the hot tub and getting a good night's sleep. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the heater was very loud in the room. Got up and went down to sit in the hot tub only to find it was closed! The hotel should let people know of this before they check you in! I've stayed at this hotel before but will be looking at other options next trip. On a positive note the hotel and room were clean and my room was quiet.

Refused to talk to me like a human told me I could go somewhere else when I was trying to talk to them about my reservation and that it was paid and they were very rude. The room was filthy. Still had food left in the fridge. I mean the two women work in the desk were not friendly at all refused to I’ll do any research. Look anything up very very rude.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. Irene and the rest of the staff have the absolutely worst customer service and quite disrespectful and have absolutely 0 accommodation to be honest!! Wish I would’ve read pretty much every other review which is my fault. all of them are one ⭐️ annd are %100 true!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service the lobby is trashy. People are even worse. I’m hoping to write this to prevent other paying customers from wasting there time as well as being completely disrespected as a CUSTOMER!!! Your trash Irene and so is you attitude.

I got sleep but felt gross on the way out.

This looks like an old, tired Holiday Inn from the 70/80s with no updates. Complete with an indoor pool with rooms around it. It's a "keep your shoes on while in your room" kind of place, dirty floors/carpet, etc.
