If anyone asks me I will not recommend.
Pros:

Location was good, rate was reasonable

Cons:

Very worn with duct tape on the carpet every where. No outside window, slider overlooking pool with kids playing while trying to sleep. Some of the worst food and coffee I’ve had at a hotel breakfast. Carpet in room had visible bits of debris not vacuumed up.

Convenient stay in Dickinson
Pros:

Clean and spacious room. Quiet. Easy access from the highway.

Cons:

Mold in fridge, mold in bathroom. Found trash under bed and on the floor. Hot tub was very dirty and grimey. Most of the hotel was dirty and grimey.

Close to interstate & ample parking

Cons:

The room was very outdated and dirty. There was no coffee in the room. It smelled horrible & I had to keep the windows open all night to be able to breathe. The clerk was ride and not very helpful.

Probably will not stay
Pros:

Our first room assigned (level 1 right next/outside the pool) to us was not acceptable. After talking to the girl at the front desk -- she first told us the hotel is sold out and we could not get a different room --- but then another lady came out and they looked at each other and all of a sudden the girl found a room available on the 3rd floor. This new room was quiet, clean, and acceptable. (We noticed there were only 20 cars in the entire parking lots and yet she said the hotel is sold out????)

Cons:

Our 2nd room was very clean. Maintenance on the building was low quality.
1) Adjoining door next to Entry 7 would not close on its own -- had to pull it to close every time we used it.
2) Electric plug-in the bathroom in our 3rd floor room did not work -- we messed with it for a while, but couldn't use the hair dryer because it is attached to the wall above the plug-in.
3) The dead-bolt lock in our room on the 3rd floor would not connect -- so that did not work..
4) We went to the bar for drinks -- drinks were ok but no music or anything calming in the atmosphere. We had to listen to the people at the gambling table. We had 1 drink and left.
