Καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ καθαρό και όμορφο
Pros:

Μας άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία, ήταν όλα δίπλα μας. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, έμπαιναν κάθε μέρα να αλλάξουν πετσέτες και να συμμαζέψουν. Η κοπέλα με την οποία μιλήσαμε ήταν εξυπηρετική σε όλα. Μας κατατόπισε για την τοποθεσία και για τις λειτουργίες του δωματίου. Μας έστειλε βίντεο πριν φτάσουμε για να δούμε ακριβώς που θα μπούμε και από πού θα πάρουμε τα κλειδιά.

Cons:

Το πρώτη βράδυ δεν βρήκαμε πως ανάβει η θέρμανση αλλά αυτό δεν είναι λάθος του καταλύματος. Την επόμενη μέρα ρωτήσαμε και μας ενημέρωσαν

Tolle Lage, mehr aber nicht

Die Lage ist perfekt. Ich würde wieder bei einem Städtetrip in Rom an dieser Lage übernachten.
Das Bett war sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist extrem klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer konnte kaum genutzt werden. Man kann sich im ganzen Zimmer nur alleine bewegen, weil es so eng ist. Der Badezimmerboden ist gruselig. Nicht sauber und sehr abgenutzt. Es ist sehr ringhörig. Man kann die Nachbarn verstehen, was sie reden. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, denn es riecht nach Friteuse vom Restaurant darunter.

Ha superato le nostre aspettative
Pros:

Struttura super pulita e confortevole, abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo, il bagno spazioso, pulitissimo e super fornito con prodotti da bagno! La camera bella spaziosa compresa di fornelli elettrici e mini frigo.
Al di fuori della struttura che già di per sé merita, cosa che la rendono da 5 stelle sono le due ragazze/ signore che gestiscono.
super cordiali e super disponibili, il giorno di partenza abbiamo lasciato i bagagli lì, ma pioveva e abbiamo potuto aspettare lì in reception senza avere alcuna fretta di andare via! La posizione è perfetta e alle spalle di piazza navona! Rapporto qualità prezzo fantastica!!
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per la prossima visita a Roma!
Ps: primo piano è con ascensore!

Magical location; fantastic customer service.
Pros:

The location was something out of a movie, right on the square. So close to everything, wow! If I could live there forever I would. The woman who checked us in was amazingly helpful and without asking, she double-checked our travel information and ensured we didn't miss our bus to Naples. Turns out, we almost went to wrong bus station. Room wasn't large, but well organized and very clean. Nice bathroom.
