The location and staff friendliness made our stay at Melia Madrid Princesa a unique vacation.
Pros:

The location was near Gran Via and the opportunity to shop and go eat at restaurants near the hotel was very important during our stay in Madrid.

Cons:

I did not like the half shower door because it splatters all over the floor. The tiolet was near a mirror wall which makes it hard to go to bathroom.

Overall the hotel was ok. Nice, polite staff.
Pros:

Staff. Bar area. Breakfast. Breakfast room.

Cons:

The spa, it was small, without a sauna, the jacuzzi is too small and doesn't work very well. I didnt like having to wear the mandatory head cap for the spa, I felt violated by this. Our room - The bathroom was dated considering what we paid for the room, it was also quite noisy, I could hear noise coming from the other rooms quite clearly as though the sound proofing wasn't very good.

Местоположение супер! Все достопримечательности рядом! Персонал отзывчивый.Уезжая из отеля в Севилью,оставили чемоданы на 2 дня.И вернулись на 1 ночь.Все организовано 👍Главное,в номерах тихо не смотря на то,что в Мадриде проходил парад Hispanidad.Вернусь снова

Fantastic - the staff were so accommodating. We'll definitely stay again if in Madrid.
Pros:

Great quality of hotel and location - very central to tourist sites.

Cons:

The only thing we can say is the drinks in the bar are very expensive. Also we would have had a dinner in the restaurant if they had a better menu selection.

Court séjour pas aussi reposant que prévu suite aux travaux

La chambre était propre et spacieuse
La salle de jeux enfants étaient bien mais nombreux jeux étaient HS
La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Notre chambre était du côté des travaux et nous avons été réveillé à 8h du matin par les marteaux piqueurs et autres bruits de compresseur due au travaux. Malheureusement, nous venions de faire de la route et devions nous reposer pour continuer pour aller jusqu'en france.
Le parking en extérieur et l'accès pas très bien signalé.

Hay que revisar las 5 estrellas
Pros:

La comodidad de las camas y la limpieza.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, no creo que sea de recibo que hubiese una macrofiesta durante 24h con gente por los pasillos y ascensores en estado de embriaguez y con la música por todo lo alto que se escuchaba hasta en la planta 5.
