👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel’s strongest advantage is its location. It is well positioned, making it easy to reach Madrid’s main attractions and move around the city conveniently. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent.

👍🏻The service was consistently good throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever assistance was needed.

👍🏻The restaurant offered tasty food with a good variety of options, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable.

👍🏻Our room was approximately 25 square meters, which was adequate for two guests and acceptable for three at most. The room amenities were good, housekeeping standards were satisfactory, and the bathroom was well maintained. The shower worked properly, and all requested toiletries, towels, and additional items were promptly provided. The furniture was acceptable and functional, although not particularly impressive for a hotel in this category.

If asked whether I personally consider this a true five-star hotel, I would say it feels closer to a good four-star property rather than a five-star one.

That said, our overall experience was positive. We enjoyed our stay, had a pleasant time in Madrid, and would consider the hotel a comfortable and well-located option, particularly for travelers who prioritize location and service over luxury accommodations.

Cons:

👎🏻 The lobby and main entrance create a strong first impression and largely reflect the standards expected from a five-star hotel However, once you move to the upper floors, there is a noticeable decline in the overall look and feel. The atmosphere no longer conveys the same five-star experience presented in the public areas.

👎🏻👎🏻 The main drawback of our stay was the noise insulation. We could clearly hear traffic and street noise from outside, doors opening and closing in neighboring rooms, and even movement from rooms above us. The acoustic insulation falls below what would typically be expected from a five-star property and had a noticeable impact on comfort, relaxation, and sleep quality.

a romantic weekend in the city centre
Pros:

lovely room, large, comfortable bed, terrific bathroom, good air con, i liked having the facilities available (pool, spa, bar) although didn’t have time to use. pricing seemed okay. I liked the large lobby having plenty of seating. the water fountain was a nice touch. i was grateful to be given a keyring, some eau de toilette.

Cons:

a spacious (but useless) hallway meant the bedroom itself was less spacious than i hoped. i was a bit disappointed the bar was small and busy every evening so i didn’t use it. it is probably more of a business hotel than a romantic hotel.

Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta, ya que cruzando la calle se encuentra el subte.

Cons:

Habia obras en el piso de arriba y no avisaron, fueron dos dias de ruidos consecutivos por la mañana.
La piscina te piden que lleves gorro, de lo contrario te lo venden ellos.
Las habitaciones estan demasiada viejas, por lo que sale la estadia, deberian estar todas modificadas.

Ubicación , instalaciones y el personal , especialmente la gente del restaurante

Cons:

Lo promocionan como hotel con spa, solo tiene una piscina muy chiquita( que hay que reservar acceso porque solo se puede de a uno y dos jacuzzi , no tiene sauna y una única cabina de masajes , de tres días de estancia solo pudimos hacernos una masaje y nos dejaron acceder a la pileta proiqe se equivocaron ellos con las reservas y realmente era muy incómodo
También deberían avisar que está en obra cuando uno reserva

Pros:

Micul dejun foarte bun, foarte curat, am primit și un cadou dragut de ziua femeii.
Hotelul este central.

Cons:

Piscinal era cu programare, nu te lasă să intri dacă nu ai casca (am plătit 4 euro pentru o casca), halatele de baie erau de mărimi cam mici ( sotul meu este mai solid și nu au găsit un halat pe mărimea lui).

Ottima struttura, un po troppo cara per quello che viene offerto.
Pros:

L'hotel è sicuramente una buona struttura, pulita e con una colazione davvero molto assortita. Personale accogliente e gentile. Camere pulite.

Cons:

Il prezzo non vale la qualità... Diciamo che allo stesso prezzo avremmo potuto avere qualcosa di più superiore. Troppo caro
