Pros:

Het hotel zou zeer goed geweest zijn mochten we effectief kunnen hebben uitslapen.

Cons:

Er waren werken in het hotel zodat we elke dag 's morgens vroeg wakker werden van het geboor, geklop en de werkmannen.

Weekend piacevole grazie alla posizione, ma struttura e servizi avrebbero bisogno di un aggiornamento.
Pros:

L’hotel ha un’ottima posizione, e un buon beach club proprio di fronte.

Cons:

È un classico hotel anni ’70, con arredamento piuttosto datato, e la pulizia quotidiana delle camere potrebbe essere più attenta e accurata. Anche la palestra è poco funzionale e avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata.

Essendo una struttura molto grande, il personale a volte fatica a gestire tutto con attenzione e cordialità; in particolare, alcuni membri dello staff della sala colazione dovrebbero migliorare l’approccio con gli ospiti.

Inoltre, qualsiasi richiesta di late check-out o di prolungamento del soggiorno, anche a pagamento e con largo anticipo, risulta molto complicata da gestire. Nel nostro caso, per poter restare solo alcune ore in più a causa di un volo, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera e pagare un’intera notte aggiuntiva.

Better than home experience
Pros:

We stayed in Melia The LEVEL in a junior suite. The view was great and the lounge and pool for Level guests were superb. A little bit busy at the pool at times but still a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, both my wife and I fell ill during our stay and that is when the Level reception staff more specifically Marta, Pilar and Jasmin really made a difference. They went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible and whilst the level experience already gave a 5⭐️’ ish experience it now almost felt better than home.

À part cela, le séjour c est bien passé

Pour un 4etoiles ,il n’y a pas de peignoir, de chausson, de mouchoirs dans la salle de bains
Et il n’y a pas non plus de cafetière expresso dans la chambre, c’est regrettable

Rather disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner were well prepared and offered a good selection. The room however (Deluxe with Sea View) boarded on the basic; very few amenities and next to nothing offered above the standard double room. My second visit here (after several years) and the name Meliá is not as synonymous as it once was.

Bonne hotel mais reste à mon gout à un tarif bien trop élevé pour la prestation
Pros:

L’hotel est vraiment situé.

Cons:

Tout les services de l’hotel sont payants.
Au prix de la nuit certains services devraient être compris dans le prix ( comme le mini bar, et avoir une vrai machine a café dans la chambre plutot que du café soluble.)
Les chambres manquent également d’isolement, on peut entendre le voisin tousser… et je ne parle pas des personnes qui passent dans le couloir.
Le buffet du soir n’est pas top, manquent de saveur et beaucoup de surgelé.

Nice Break but Hotel ??
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel many times over many years as family with mum and dad or my husband and I and mum and dad have stayed together unfortunately this holiday was just me and Madre..

I was dissapointed with the room side sea view 9th floor refurbishment going on again in next building but you can here it from beach..poolside too small so always go to beach booked half board first time as madre is disabled didn't want to keep walking about much..food was a dissapointment as a chef I feel its was all over cooked or lacked seasoning.. lots of choices loved the salads ...breakfast good we ate out a couple of times...drinks reasonable price bar staff good resturant staff not so good in particular a staff member called Francisco he looked at my madre like she was mad as she has dementia and couldn't remember our room number when wine was served I was at the buffett I did complain in morning to resturant manager he did apologise but this member of staff has a awful attitude very stern and stroppy...leave if you dont like serving public.
I think reception staff are very unfriendly too...
Cleaners dont clean room properly either..
Plus points evening entertainment very very good il divo tribute worth coming just for that and flamenco fantastico.
I would love to come back in September for my big birthday but sadly im not sure I will as some aspects were just not good enough.....anymore!!!

Disappointed
Pros:

This was my fourth visit to this hotel there were six of us in three delux sea view rooms. The rooms we were allocated were definitely not up to the quality I have been used to in the past. We asked to be moved as our room was right in front of the lifts and service door which was constantly busy. The room then given (2328) was really poor quality, patio door lock broken and although it was reported this was not repaired. The black shower heads were full of white limescale. There had been a make up spillage in the bathroom by previous occupants which was not cleaned properly.
I am not sure whether I will return to this hotel.

Ok ish
Pros:

Location very good, Rooms lovely but food very poor .
We stayed at Melia in Palma last week and far more superb . Sunbeds grubby around the pool.
Staff ok..
All in all would not stay here again would stay in Riu up the street .
