Está un poquito masificado en la fecha, pero es un buen Hotel muy limpio muy mantenido las instalaciones son muy buenas muy bonito decorado frente al mar es un buen Hotel

Que más de una vez intento reservar una habitación más alta y nunca tengo posibilidades será por las fechas que era pleno agosto temporada muy alta .

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner, le dîner était moyen

Cons:

Le nettoyage de la chambre était merdique, sol non propre de la chambre. Pendant 10 jours les draps n’étaient pas changés que lorsque je leur demander.
En gros le personnel du nettoyage des chambres n’étaient pas a la hauteur comment auparavant.
Les bouteilles de champoig , du gel douche et de l’après championg étaient difficiles à manipuler c’est comme si on faisait de la musculation et elles etatpresque vides.

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding my stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected my experience, and I feel very disappointed and, frankly, misled by the service I received.

First of all, there was a serious problem with the revolving doors at the hotel entrance/exit. They repeatedly got stuck, making it very difficult to pass through, especially when carrying luggage. There were regular doors next to them, but they were constantly locked and, as I was told, were only available for hotel staff. I find this unacceptable. Guests should have easy and safe access to a functioning exit, particularly when leaving the hotel with suitcases.

The situation on my last day was even more disappointing. Since I had an early flight, I informed the receptionist in advance that I would not be able to have the breakfast I had already paid for and asked whether the hotel could prepare a packed breakfast for me. The receptionist told me that breakfast for guests leaving early was available from 5:40 a.m.

Unfortunately, when I arrived at that time, there was practically nothing prepared. There was only some bread and a few cold cuts, which appeared to be leftovers from the previous evening's dinner. This is certainly not what I would consider a properly prepared breakfast, especially since I had informed the reception in advance about my early departure.

I paid for a service that I was unable to use because of my early flight, and despite notifying the hotel in advance and asking for a packed breakfast, the hotel failed to provide a reasonable alternative.

I consider this treatment of a guest unacceptable and far below the standard I expected when booking this hotel through Booking.com. I therefore ask Booking.com to investigate this matter and consider providing appropriate compensation for the breakfast I paid for but could not use, as well as for the inconvenience and poor service I experienced during my stay.

Check-in war sehr freundlich.

Beim Dachpool hat es zu wenige Liegen am Schatten, auch waren viele Liegen mit Tüchern belegt, ohne dass Gäste zu sehen waren. Das ist ärgerlich, wenn man am Nachmittag kommt und keinen Platz findet...

Todo fue excelente, salvo un aspecto que me decepcionó enormemente: las piscinas. Elegí este hotel en gran parte por la piscina de la azotea, pero al llegar descubrí que el espacio era muy limitado y apenas tenía capacidad para unas 30 o 40 personas. Además, la otra piscina ubicada en la segunda torre requería un pago adicional de 120 € al día. Como consecuencia, acabé utilizando la piscina familiar junto a la calle, que no ofrece ni las vistas ni la experiencia que esperaba de una piscina en la azotea.

Cons:

Para un hotel tan grande y lujoso,, el gimnasio se quedaba claramente corto. Había muy poco espacio, ninguna zona para estirar y, en horas de mayor afluencia, entrenar resultaba bastante incómodo.

Excellent stay will be back
Pros:

We stayed in a level room and the experience was excellent. Day long access to the lounge and pool area and snacks and refreshments was great. The room was lovely; the hotel overall has a modern feel with instant beach access. We felt it was worth it and will be back.

Cons:

We were not informed that we needed to check in again at the level, and so were confused for a few hours. Reception could provide better information during the initial check in.
