Hervorragendes Personal – das Gesamtpaket darf noch mehr in den Fokus rücken

Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption hat mich sehr beeindruckt

Cons:

Die Nutzung des Spas ist kostenpflichtig. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, dies im Vorfeld transparent zu kommunizieren, da man erst an der Rezeption darüber informiert wird.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, allerdings nach meinem Empfinden keine fünf Sterne.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Einrichtung nicht mehr auf neuesten Stand. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Aufzug, und man hörte den Aufzug sehr deutlich.

Lovely comfortable, friendly great hotel
Pros:

Lovely comfortable room with whirlpool bath, friendly staff, amazing choice of food at breakfast. Gym basic but good to be able to use. Restaurant was great to eat at if not wanting to go into city.

Fantastic hotel, nice amenities, beautiful spa, and overall fantastic area

Cons:

Breakfast was quite expensive per person, and the AC was a little weak, only small issues that didn’t affect the stay much at all.
