Stay away it’s like being robbed in broad daylight.

Cons:

I spent £600 for a single night because it said it had a pool. When I check in they say it’s not a pool it’s a spa. I show them on their own website it says indoor pool, the receptionist says it also says we do airport pickups and have parking and we don’t have any of these options.

café da manha excelente com boa atendimento, se nao tiver evento no hotel.

Cons:

O hotel nao tem piscina, apesar da descrição do hotel no booking. A pisina te existe é exclusiva do Spa, precisa pagar para utilizar. O hotel é para atendimento de grupos e eventos, porem se tiver um evento no hotel, o café da manha fica uma loucura, falta equipe para o atendimento, resultando em mesas sujas e pouco lugar.
