Pros:

Dobrá lokalita, v okolí jsou obchody i restaurace. Snídaně průměrné, špatná káva, naředěné džusy, příjemné je prosecco na snídaňovém baru.

Cons:

Malé pokoje se starým vybavením, rozhodně to není 5*. Personál nezdraví, není moc příjemný. Snídaně jsou průměrné, vejce, lívance i wafle každý den studené, nemají dobrou kávu ani nápoje. Úklid nic moc. Většina klientů byli asiaté.

Comfortable stay with great food and drinks!
Pros:

The restaurant at the hotel had really amazing food and drinks.

Cons:

The rooms were a little aged. Staff overall was very friendly however there was one staff member who was very unpleasant and had an attitude. She was the lady working in the morning making omelets for breakfast. She honestly seems to be very annoyed with the work she has to do there and I felt uncomfortable having to deal with her and her attitude.

El trato con el personal, la cama era muy cómoda, las vistas desde la habitación y la variedad en el desayuno.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha no la conseguí regular para que no saliera ardiendo o fría. El café del desayuno y del bar estaba malísimo.

Pros:

Qualità e prezzo sicuramente un must qua a Barcellona! Stanze comode letto ottimo oltre ai prodotti da bagno della Rituals, ciabatte e accappatoi ottimi! Sei un po fuori centro ma con il bus 54 arrivi a 400 mt. dal hotel da Gran Via! Abbiamo solo soggiornato senza colazione ma abbiamo visto che era Super c’era di tutto cioè intercontinentale e molto ben assortito.

Cons:

Un piccolissimo neo la strada sotto ma essendo i letti comodi si dorme comunque bene.

Hay cosillas que no te esperas de un hotel de 5 estrellas. En el desayuno imposible encontrar cosas muy basicas: cereales, gofres. Esto entre otras cosas. Pero globalmente bien.

L’hôtel est correct dans l’ensemble
Pros:

Le petit- déjeuner était bon. La salle de sport était vraiment bien, le staff très accueillant.

Cons:

Séjour de 3 nuits.

Assez déçus par notre expérience. Nous avons été placés dans une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite sans en avoir fait la demande, avec en plus une forte odeur de renfermé au niveau des draps.

Durant tout le séjour, les draps n’ont pas été changés et les poubelles n’ont pas été vidées.

L’hôtel est correct dans l’ensemble, mais le niveau de service ne correspond clairement pas à un établissement 5 étoiles.

Decent place to stay in Barcelona
Pros:

Location and staff. In particular the "egg bar" master Melissa was doing exceptional job to be kind and fast, despite too many people and too little staff over the weekend

Cons:

Size of rooms and problem with aircon / no option to open windows. Also unused opportunity to have a rooftop terrace / café

Very mixed. Not sure I will return for another work trip

The Level was a great space to work and relax. The staff there were excellent

Cons:

My room was incredibly noisy, with non-stop traffic noise throughout the night, the double glazing (or lack of it) was extremely poor for the price paid. None of the lifts were operational on one of the mornings, no signage to explain the situation and the walk down from floor 16 was not great. Opened a bottle of red wine from the mini bar (red in the fridge?) and it had obviously been opened previously and resealed. It was a horrid dark brown in colour and totally undrinkable. Proof that the mini bars aren't checked regularly as the bottle of wine wasn't replaced for the following date
