Cons:

There was a weird sound all night long. I think it was comming from a machine on the roof or sonething. The sounds was constant and didn't allow me to sleep properly.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, le personnel est serviable et toujours souriant. La chambre était spacieuse avec une salle de bain fonctionnelle, le petit-déjeuner offre un grand choix de produits.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'attention délicate pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint.
Une délicieuse surprise nous attendait dans la chambre.

Terrible service at the bar
Pros:

Service at the bar was simply terrible. Slow, but especially uncourteous. After calling our waiter and waitress repeated times, waving at them and trying to get their attention, they simply ignored us. Then when we called more loudly the head waiter confronted us and scolded us. A simple acknowledgement of our calls would have sufficed. We all understand things can be busy. But ignoring the customer altogether, repeatedly, is equivalent to making you feel like a piece of furniture. If you go, be prepared for this type of poor, entitled, uncourteous service. The customer is definitely not their priority. Skip the poor experience. Go somewhere else.
