Great, always room for a few tweaks
Pros:

The Level area/lounge was nice. The general reception lounge was also nice. And the staff were consistently friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were smaller than anticipated. And I would have liked a separate level area outside so we could enjoy drinks and pool time
