Wonderful. Our third trip to Sevilla - this will be our first choice hotel when we return.
Pros:

Level area was fabulous. Would like to pick out Carmela (receptionist) for her great customer focus. Also, Juan Herrera who worked, serving in the Level - just amazed his energy and how he welcomed and treated guest, nothing was too much. Melia has two excellent employees in Carmela and Juan Herrera.

Lage toll aber Zimmer verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum, sodass wir die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, das mit einer großen Auswahl überzeugte und qualitativ sehr gut war.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen, was sich deutlich an der Ausstattung und den Möbeln erkennen lässt. In unserem Zimmer fehlten Steckdosen am Bett, und auch der Föhn funktionierte nicht. Das Doppelbett war für unseren Geschmack sehr klein, zudem waren die Polster ausgesprochen hart. Die Fenster schienen qualitativ nicht hochwertig zu sein, da man jedes Geräusch von draußen deutlich hören konnte.
Nachdem wir diese Mängel angesprochen hatten, erhielten wir freundlicherweise ein anderes Zimmer.

Da das Hotel zu Meliágruppe gehört, hatten wir entsprechend hohe Erwartungen, die in diesem Fall leider nicht erfüllt wurden.
