Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación, la playa que tiene enfrente es muy buena

Cons:

El buffet no es muy bueno y es un caos para las cenas.
Por otro lado, tienen 5 ascensores pero funcionan muy mal y hay que esperar mucho

Foi como estar alojado num Centro Comercial.
Pros:

Localização, Piscina junto à praia.

La habitación es muy cara para lo que es, pequeña , me han puesto una litera muy pequeña para una niña de 13 años que prácticamente no cabía en la cama.

Per celiaci con figli é il top!!!
Pros:

Hotel perfetto!! Vista spettacolare, pulizia eccelsa, cibo buono, non tutto perfetto ma per essere a buffet con quella quantità di ospiti andava più che bene! Organizzati molto bene per celiaci! Bisogna solo capire come muoversi! Animazione super!!! E posizione fantastica! La più bella spiaggia dell isola è lì!

Cons:

Potrebbero migliorare il senza glutine ma capisco le difficoltà in un ambiente così grande! Nient altro!!

Allora, ci sono pro e contro di questa struttura, indubbiamente la cosa più bella è l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia più bella dell’isola, Son Bou, wow meravigliosa!!
I servizi sono tanti e il personale è super efficiente per ogni richiesta … la colazione è alle 8 ma una volta avevamo una gita io e il mio compagno, ci hanno fatto fare la colazione prima , un servizio che non avevo mai visto e ci è piaciuto molto
La parte della piscina anche molto bella ma onestamente con un mare del genere è veramente sprecato andare in piscina a meno che non ci sia il mare mosso
Il buffet è ENORME, non sai cosa scegliere.. unica cosa io sono stata male un paio di notti, non so se è perché ho esagerato o se c’era qualche cibo che mi ha fatto stare male :/

Cons:

Le camere… sono davvero datate e il bagno è indecente … non possono esistere ancora nel 2026 le docce con la tenda che ti si appiccica al braccio quando fai la doccia, terrificante

Me he sentido estafada, pagué 860€ casi por una noche para 3 habitaciones y las condiciones dejaban mucho que desear!

Pros:

The location was amazing and the view from the balcony was great. Additionally the hotel has lots of activities specially for kids and was engaging.

Cons:

The cleaning of the room was not good. Everyday when asked to clean, afterwards the floor was still dirty and even the washroom was not cleaned properly. The size of the room was a bit small and the bed was not that comfortable.
