The staff was rude and arrogant. Lacking any hospitality and very unhelpful. I would not recommend Emory Conference Centre to anyone, i had an awful experience.

It was a quiet stay with amazing comfortable beds. But I won’t be back.
Pros:

Staff was nice, bed was super comfortable. It was quiet and nice to not have to check out until 12:00 PM.

Cons:

The carpet was extremely outdated. Our tv didn’t work and some of the towels were dirty/ stained. When I advised the clerk that our tv didn’t work, she only said to let them know at my next stay and they would give a 10% discount because she had already checked me out.

Pros:

Attended for a GM conference. The place was gorgeous, well maintained, and clean. The staff was the friendliest group of folks ever. Lots of smiles and always offering to help. It’s clear the General Manager and leaders truly care about this property.
