Comodo e confortervole
Pros:

Molto comoda da raggiungere, si trova in una zona molto carina e piena di locali di Hanoi.
Il ragazzo della reception è stato di una gentilezza unica davvero. Letto comodo e camera provvista di accappatoi e di doccia con vetro per chiusura (se ne vedono pochissime qua in Vietnam). Stanza ampia provvista di tv e vari altri servizi.

Cons:

Stanza un po’ vintage, da rinnovare un po’, così come il bagno.

Pros:

It was really close to everything, walking distance to great restaurants, activities and shopping. The service was incredible, Elvis was lovely and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed.

Cons:

It definitely was amazing, the only problem was the noise, on our last evening there was a window being fixed in the room below at 10pm which was a struggle, but Elvis was lovely and helped my partner when he went down to let them know.

Friendly staff and great location!
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff!

Elvis from the front desk was so kind during my stay! He recommended places to eat (which were all delicious) and he kindly helped me get my bags to the bus station. Hotel is close to everything, including the weekend market and close to the lake.

Cons:

There were lots of nats in my bathroom due to lack of ventilation.

Pros:

Central hotel that was spacious for our family of 4. Our room had very low ceilings. Not sure if the other rooms were like that. We didn’t have an issue with it (although my tall husband had to duck to get under the shower head) and the kids got a kick out of it.

Convenient for one night.
Pros:

Celine was incredibly helpful and friendly, all requests were dealt with promptly. Location is amazing and it is great for the price you are paying. Staff allowed us to drop off our luggage early and to leave it until night for when we go on our sleeper bus to Sa pa.

Cons:

Just a few mosquitoes but the staff offered to deal with them.

Cons:

Room was covered in mold and damp. Extractor fan in the bathroom was broken and there was no airflow in the room making it smell very stale.
Shower head was covered in black mold, asked for it to be cleaned but wasn't so had to clean it myself.
