La ubicación era perfecta y la chica de recepción muy amable y encantadora.

Cons:

No me gusta que no tenga ventanas las habitaciones y por ende el tema de ventilar y la humedad que se concentra dentro de las mismas es horrible.

The staff was very helpful and quick response, especially Jerry, Celine, and another guy who we missed his name. The first night there was no hot water and the staff immediately helped solve it. The staff were all very nice, approachable, great service n we had a wonderful experience!
The location is very convenient. There is a 24h convenient store next to the hotel. Massage centre and food store are all walkable.

Cons:

The rooms were quite old-fashioned and a bit worn out. The VIP room has a low ceiling, which I would not recommend to tall guests.

The stuff is super friendly and helpful. I arrived way before time and the room was naturally not ready, so instead of letting me wait, they upgraded my room. Great service :)

Pros:

The location is being close to shops, parks and other places to visit. The room is spacious, clean and smells good. They also have a free candies and bananas at the lobby.

Pros:

The location was great, close to everything we needed.
What stood out though were the staff.
Celine was the day staff & she was exceptional. Her English was great so she was able to help,advice, suggest all sorts of things for us even when we moved on. We were very very grateful. The guys rostered in the evenings were very good as well, again easy to communicate with. We will be returning to Hanoi in a week so will definitely rebook this hotel.

ci hanno fare upgrade gratuito della stanza.
gentilissimi anche a lasciare il bagaglio per 4 giorni in hotel mentre eravamo a Sa Pa. Ci hanno anche fatto fare una doccia dopo il check-out. Mr. Ben e Mrs. Celine sono gentilissimi e super cute. :)

החלון לא היה אטום עד הסוף אז האור נכנס פנימה באמצע הלילה. הם אמרו שיטפלו בזה.
בנוסף, החלון מופנה כלפי המסדרון ולא כלפי חוץ אז אין אוורור
