L’établissement n’était pas du tout au niveau attendu par rapport aux photos présentées ni aux notes accordées.
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et l’emplacement est parfait.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre. Elle était également bruyante et humide car la ventilation ne marchait pas.
La porte de la douche était cassée.

Really great location not awful for a day trip but wouldn’t book again

It was a great location and staff were so so lovely to us and accomodating.

Cons:

I was devastated to find after my nap there were ant like bugs everywhere we didn’t get bitten but I refused to sit on the bed again as I was so scared. There was a window into the hallway next to our door the size of a human which we discovered opens and does not have a lot where someone could easily let themselves in. The bathroom has a view! As the curtain was broken so had to risk the shower to the neighbours.

Thank you to Celine and Elvis, they were great! The nicest people ever!
Pros:

The location was great to explore Hanoi’s centre! the staff was amazing, Celine and Elvis were super helpful and very nice! The room had every basic needs (toiletries, ecc) and was not too loud even if you are in the middle of Hanoi’s old quarter.

Excelente no old quarter!
Pros:

O Staff é maravilhoso e a localização é excelente para conhecer a zona do old quarter. O quarto era bastante amplo e confortável. Wifi a funcionar bem e o duche também.
