Hoang spoke great English and was very helpful in pointing out spots in Hanoi for us to experience. Service was overall great and the rooms were wonderful considering the price.
Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Everything was spotless, and the property looked exactly like the photos, which was very reassuring.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and after staying in six different places in Hanoi, this was by far the best one. As a lovely touch, they even gave us a departure gift when we left.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Everyone is super nice and helpful. The tour we had booked through the hotel was phenomenal and would definitely stay again.
Love the location! The room is a little small, but that’s just how the rooms are like in Vietnam. You can’t beat the price of this hotel! It’s so conveniently located to the night market, the lake, the Sao Viet bus station, etc.
The room is a little small but it’s manageable. Don’t expect rooms to be spacious like the country you are from. There are 1-2 outlets. I would recommend bringing plugs that allow 2-3 charging cables.

Location and value was great.
Staff were extremely pushy about leaving a 10 star review and feedback. They asked me to fill out a survey late one night when I got back and I asked to fill it out in my room and they kept asking me over and over if it was done. After I submitted thee review and wrote about the ants in the room they asked me to please forgive them and understand their point of view and still leave a 10 star review at the end of the trip. The morning we checked out we had to rush to the airport which we told the staff but they insisted we should fill out a 10 star review on booking.com first because they had to send a picture to their boss. After a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to let us send a review as long as we did it right away.
