Très propres. Chambres pratiques. Calme. Beaux espaces de restauration. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. (Attention aux périodes chargées à Madrid les prix montent beaucoup dans tous les hôtels ! )

Comodidad, limpieza y atención extraordinaria, recomiendo ampliamente a Meliá Serrano.
Pros:

El desayuno buffete muy bueno y vasto. La ubicación del hotel es tranquila y en una muy bonita zona de Madrid. La habotación familiar es excelente su tamaño, las camas y el baño.

Cons:

Únicamente hubo un detalle con otros huépedes que era una familia grande con niños y llegaban corriendo y gritando entre 11 y 12 de la noche; lo comentamos en recepción y supongo hablaron con ellos porque aunque en las siguientes noches los escuchabamos, no gritaban. Apreciamos el hotel haya tomado acción al respecto.
