A lovely stay in Madrid with Melia Serrano
Pros:

Everything and everybody, especially Mr. Jaime who, besides gave us a confortable room, with a beautiful view - 6th floor, he is kindly and professional.

El baño no tiene extractor, o no funciona. Pedí que lo revisaran y eso hicieron. Siguió igual.
Se declaran cuidadores de medio ambiente y en los baños solo lo básico.

Really couldn't have asked for more!
I absolutely want to point out the overwhelming breakfast! Great service and variety for a perfect start in the day! Clean and cosy breakfast area. Maybe the best we've seen in a long time.
Rooms and hotel are clean and welcoming.
Bus / metro to city centre are super close.
Every employee here was super nice / helpful (desk and cleaning staff).
Would definitely come again and would absolutely recommend for a business or holiday trip to Madrid.
