Location and cleanness

Our stay in this hotel was terrible. I don’t recommend it at all. First of all, the “premium level” room for 500€ had a covered windows and an interior view… so it’s very dark, and if you open your window, you just look straight to another rooms window… at the reception they said that we had this info in the booking description, even though I haven’t seen it. And ofc with this kind of room I was not expecting this.
Secondly, there is a renovation going on, it was just in the room above us and they started their work at 08:30. And it was not like a small noise, it was full-scale construction. So, since 08:30 it was completely not possible to stay in the room. It was not just uncomfortable. It was terrible. We called to the reception 2 times, but the problem was not solved at all. They didn’t do nothing with the noise, didn’t suggest any other options, or didn’t even call us back. At third, we booked 2 different rooms, one for us, and one for my mom. Turned out one of it was “level” which was like “premium” and another one normal “premium”. When I was at the reception with my mom, they said that I should go to “VIP” reception, but she should stay at normal reception for the check in. I said that we will stay at the “normal” reception together , because she doesn’t speak English, and I don’t want to go to “vip” while she will stay alone here. And I could see that the reception guy didn’t like it and was a little pissed from this. And when I asked what time our “level” room will be ready he said not in a very polite way that he doesn’t know nothing because I need to ask a “vip” reception about it. So, he didn’t suggest us to go together to the “vip” zone and He didn’t like the fact that I asked to check us in together at the normal reception too. In his head it was a normal thing for me to go to “vip” while my mom would stay alone at the normal check in. And at the end, the scales at the room was broken, tea cups were very dirty. We checked out very tired, exhausted and very unhappy. I don’t recommend it.

A las habitaciones les falta más calidez. Los espacios comunes muy buenos y bien decorados pero el sector habitaciones deja un poco que desear.
