It was ok. The breakfast was amazing!
Pros:

Very clean, rooms were spacious with lovely big bath sheets.
Car park across the road.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for water, usually most hotels will supply I bottle per person complimentary.
It was extremely hot in the bedroom and there wasn’t a thermometer to turn it down. When we asked reception about the heat they said open a window?
The room looked into a busy road and it would have been loud had I opened a window. It wasn’t the answer I was expecting.

Pros:

Ladestation für Elektrowagen in Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Check-in war mangelhaft. Obwohl wir im Vorfeld vom Hotel informiert wurden, dass durch den online-check-in Zeit gespart werden kann, dauerte es rund 20 Minuten, bis wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Wir verstehen zwar, dass neue Mitarbeiterinnen angelernt werden müssen. Allerdings ist Lektion 1: Eine freundliche Begrüssung und ein Lächeln schadet nicht!
Im Weiteren konnte unsere Frage, ob Hunde im Hotelrestaurant erlaubt sind, nicht beantwortet werden. Dies sollte eine Grundanforderung an das Personal sein, dass man wenigstens eine verbindliche Antwort geben kann. Nun ja, wir haben uns dann entschieden, auswärts Nachtessen zu gehen...
Im Weiteren ist es befremdlich, dass in einem 4*-Hotel keine kostenlose Wasserflaschen vorbereitet sind, sondern diese in der Minibar gegen Gebühr bezogen werden können.
