Pros:

Ideal location if you don't want to be far from airport, 16 mins by car but close enough to the cities main attraction - The Cathedral. Hotel is is right next door to a spanish equivalent of John Lewis which is really handy.

Niet alles is zoals het lijkt, nooit meer.
Pros:

Service; Fijn dat er karren beschikbaar zijn om je spullen te vervoeren van en naar de kamer.
24/7 receptie en bewaking is fijn.

Cons:

Oud, gedateerd, stoffig en vuil.
Bij het betreden van de kamer rook de kamer alsof er niet was schoongemaakt na het vertrek van een vorige gast.

Slapen; De matrassen zijn hard, dekbedden lagen niet klaar maar verstopt in een kast zonder hoeslakens, smerige vlekken, en spinnenwebben rondom de bedden en op de nachtkastjes.
Het extra bed heeft gevaarlijke scherpe randen, moest er iets diks overheen leggen om letsels bij de kinderen te voorkomen.

Uitzicht; Vreselijk, deprimerend een grijze betonnen muur van een gebouw, geen mens, geen dier, geen boom maar een betonnen muur, vloer en nooddeur (zie foto), hierdoor amper lichtval, totaal niet als op de foto.

Badkamer; Schimmel op de muren, kitrand van het bad beschimmeld (wat er van over was), fhon kapot gebrand aangetroffen, heb meteen de stekker uit het stopcontact getrokken om brand te voorkomen. Zelf toiletpapier aangeschaft er hing nog een half gebruikt rolletje toiletpapier, geen fris idee en onvoldoende voor een gezin.

Parkeren; 15,- per dag, kleine krappe plaatsen, wel bewaakt en voldoende plekken (meerdere verdiepingen en een hek dat alleen door middel van een pasje open en dicht kan.

Toegang gebouw en kamer, door middel van een kaartje zoals in de meeste hotels, helaas moesten de passen elke dag geheractiveerd worden, erg irritant, gewoon je kamer in gaan als je nodig moet plassen en/of snel naar binnen savonds en/of met zware boodschappen was onmogelijk, moest eerst terug naar de receptie om weer gewoon toegang te hebben.

Huisdieren zijn welkom tegen een tarief van 20;- per dier, per nacht.

Laat uitchecken, maximaal drie uur voor 30,- en ze bellen je op de seconde om aan te geven dat de drie uur voorbij zijn, ook als je al uit de kamer bent en in de gang staat onderweg naar de receptie.

Personeel, puur zakelijk en niks extra, buiten het gebouw (zelfs in de garage), geen groet.

Omgeving; Niks bijzonders, gewoon huizen, straten en winkels.
