El trato del personal, la comida y las instalaciones

Cons:

Que se había roto el aire acondicionado y no me dijeron nada hasta que llegue. Tuvieron un trato exquisito conmigo me dieron la oportunidad de buscar otro hotel, pero ya era tarde.

El desayuno en una churrería cercana. La ubicación está muy bien, a unos cientos de metros de la Estación de guaguas (autobuses) de la Plaza de San Telmo, en el Centro de Las Palmas y al lado de la Calle Triana. La cama muy cómoda y amplia.

Lo único bueno fue la atención de el chico que atiende en la cena

Cons:

Terrible las almohadas (supremamente incomodas) el colchon es pésimo, sin aire acondicionado y el calor era terrible (pague un precio amplio para tener una buena estadia ) No descansamos nada bien , Todo mal para ser un "hotel 4 estrella " No volvería ni porque me regalen la estadía.. Pésimo servicio

Very disappointing - would not recommend at all!

Cons:

The ACs were not working making it unberable to sleep. Rooms are in need of great attention and upgrade as nothing seems to be working. Some lights were not working, coffee machine, and even the shower drain had problems.
