Stay not that great
Pros:

Liked that location was somewhat good. It was next to a busy road, but could walk to shopping street and stores and beach. Liked that hotel had 24/7 reception.

Cons:

Had balcony but no balcony furniture. Kettle was rusting from the inside. Lifts in the building were shaky and felt unsafe. Door was not soundproof, could hear people walking outside in the corridor. Room was smelly, like mold. Construction in the room wasn't done very well. Floors had marks, was little broken in the room and on balcony.

The location is 10 minutes walk towards the bus station and down town which is excellent. The staff is very caring in this hotel. From reception, housekeeping they were very kind. Breakfast is top, great selection, always enough variety to choose from, such as fruit, cheese, ham, homemade cake, yogurts, etc.... The breakfast team dedication is top notch. You can order omelette, scrambled eggs, etc in the morning. Different variety of milks are offered as well. The open pool in 11 floor has a great view, offering refreshing swim and the fitness room is as well ok.
We liked the feeling of being welcomed, safe and around staff which had a smile every time. Next time we will come again.

Hotellet gør det de skal, venligt personale, men triste og slidte omgivelser.

Beliggenheden var central i forhold til det jeg skulle foretage mig

Meget slidt inventar på værelset.
Morgenmadslogistikken er ualmindelig rædselsfuld. Ingen gæster kan finde ud af at betjene kaffemaskinerne, som i øvrigt hele tiden løb tør for vand, personalet havde generelt svært ved at følge med. Buffeten er kedelig, brødristerne af ældre dato, det tog ca. 8 minutter at riste 1 stk brød. I det hele taget trænger alt til en opgradering.
