Location is excellent but can be noisy
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk from downtown. Everything was very clean, and the whole place smelled fresh and pleasant.

Cons:

The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. I stayed in room 120, and there was constant noise from upstairs, including what sounded like furniture being moved around.
Unfortunately, the room is also quite small, and the air conditioner is mounted directly above the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Great hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Great breakfast - plenty of choice from the buffet.
The location was super - close to lovely squares with plenty of restaurants and wine bars, as well as being handy for tourist attractions and the train station. The beach was handy via public transport.
The staff were really helpful and pleasant.

Struttura super centrale. A pochi minuti a piedi da Plaza de la Reina e Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio molto come hotel

Dårlig stand, skittent, mye støy, mangler og ødelagte gjenstander

Bra beliggenhet og relativt fint bad.

Cons:

Rommet vårt var ekstremt skittent. Veggene var flekkete, brune, og masse sprekker i tapeten. Det var ikke tørket støv verken på gulv eller generelt på rommet. Vi fant klipte tånegler og masse hår på gulvet, og tyggis under bordet. Det så ikke ut som det var gjort rent der i det hele tatt. Rommet var heller ikke slik vi hadde forventet utifra annonsen. Vi forventet en balkong, men det var såvidt det. Det manglet også strykejern på rommet. Tv-boksen og sengen var ødelagt, og selve rommet var i utrolig dårlig stand. Det ble også lovet i annonsen at rommet var lydtett, men det var det ikke. Vi hørte alt som skjedde i gangen utenfor, i naborommene og på veien utenfor. Vi ble sjokkert over hvor dårlig rommet var mtp prisen vi betalte. Personalet var ikke spesielt hjelpsomme, og brukte flere dager på å svare på melding etter at vi valgte å avbestille og sjekke ut noen timer etter innsjekk.

Wir liessen uns die Freude an der schönen Stadt nicht nehmen.

Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

War mit Balkon beworben, es war jedoch nur ein französischer Balkon (kein Tisch und Stuhl, man konnte nur eng stehen).
Aussicht auf Sehenswürdigkeit entpuppte sich als Aussicht auf ein Baustellengerüst, was nicht vermerkt war!
Es fehlte eine kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Klimaanlage tropfte auf den Boden.
Im Bad funktionierte die Lüftung nicht.
