Ich bin aber sehr enttäuscht, was das Service nach dem Check-out betrifft.
Auf dem Weg zurück in die Schweiz habe ich bemerkt, dass mein Kreditkarten Etui abhandengekommen ist.
Im Hotel habe ich nachgefragt, ob was gefunden wurde.
Rezeptionistin hat mir versprochen, dass sie das Abklären wurde und mich per E-Mail kontaktieren wird.
Bis heute, eine Woche nach unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel, habe ich nichts gehört.
So ein Service ist keine Zwei Sterne würdig, geschweige dann Vier Sterne .

Posizione centrale e gentilezza dello staff.
Per quanto riguarda la camera: letterecci super comfort, a partire dal materasso fino ai cuscini. Dotazioni per mascherine occhi e tappi per orecchie utili soprattutto in periodo primaverile interessato da Las Fallas

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo andrebbe migliorato così come anche i servizi. Una volta implementate queste cose potrà definirsi 4 stelle pieno.

Aangenaam hotel. Perfecte locatie.

Cons:

Badkamer had geen afzuiging. Communicatie personeel m.b.t. parkeren zeer slecht. Was druk i.v.m. activiteiten. Informatie over parkeren kan beter. Als je niet bekend bent, kost het veel geld. Restaurant stelt niets voor. Eten matig.

Cons:

Kamer, putjesgeur in de badkamer die elke dag erger werd. Veel vochtsschade en vuile vlekken op de muren. Was wel proper gepoetst. Putjesgeur in de lift en inkom werd gemaskeerd door een indringend parfum.

Hotel nel pieno centro di Valencia, a 2 passi da tutto
Molto buona la colazione
Stanze ampie e dotate di tutto il necessario

Cons:

Al momento del check in bisognerebbe avvisare che entrando nella stanza si trova un piccolo gradino.
E' ben segnalato, ma se si arriva di sera al buio non sempre si riesce a vederlo

El hotel es bonito, y la ubicación inmejorable

Cons:

La habitacion no era nada acogedora. El colchon, comodidad nivel medio/bajo. La colcha lo mismo. Las almohadas de dormir, finas a incómodas. No habían almohadas grandes para poder estar recostada en la cama viendo TV o leyendo un rato. El kit de cafe de cortesía, las tazas de plástico y debían estar con jabón o algo, pues el café sabía a jabón y lo tuvimos que tirar. Al haber solo dos sobres de café soluble, no pudimos hacer otro. En recepción no nos dieron explicación de horarios o servicios del hotel. La alcachofa de la ducha no funcionaba, solo la lluvia....una pena, la verdad, porque el hotel es bonito, y la ubicación excepcional
