צוות מעולה, החליפו לי חדר אחרי שהייתה לי בנייה מחוץ לחלון. נקי מאוד, בריכה פצצה ממש מרווחת על הגג, לוקיישן סבבה לגמרי

L’architecture de l’hôtel
Hôtel vraiment désagréable:
-mon lit était cassé
-literie non confortable
- isolation quasi inexistante(j’entendais mes voisins comme s’ils étaient avec moi)
-fuite dans la salle de bain
-meuble lavabo cassé
Bref un séjour que j’aurai préféré éviter

Es liegt am Rand der Altstadt. Die meisten Touristenatraktionen sind somit zu Fuss erreichbar.
Obwohl wir ein Familienzimmer mir Klimaanlage gebucht haben, wurde diese bereits auf Winterbetrieb ausgeschaltet. Und dies obwohl Temperaturen von 35Grad herrschten.
Am zweiten Tag wurden wir deshalb in ein anderes Zimmer gezügelt obwohl die Klimaanlage anscheinend im ganzen Hotel abgestellt war.
Wäre man ehrlich gewesen mit uns, dann hätten wir uns für die zweite Nacht bereits ein amderes Hotel gesucht.
Fazit: 300.- €/N und dies ohne Klimaanlage mit geschltzt 30 Grad im Zimmer.
In der Nacht das Fenster öffnen ging auch nicht, da die 4-Spurige Strasse sehr laut war.
Dies waren die schlimmsten 2 Nächte für uns die wir je in einem Hotel verbracht haben. Und das Personal war absolut nicht hilfreich und lügte uns auch noch an als wir reklamiert haben.
Die Schlüsselkarten funktionierten mehmals nicht und wir mussten diese erneut bei der Reception neu laden lassen.
Das Frühstück war zweitklassig, der Esspresso ungeniessbar und den Jamon, Salami etc. minderer Qualität.
Beim Check-Out mussten wir ein zweites Mal nachfragen, da man uns zuerst kein Taxi bestellen wollte und wurden erneut unhöflich bedient.
Friendly staff, rooftop terrace was nice to have, rooms were pretty clean.
Aircon broken for three of our four nights meaning we had to have the window to the busy road open so poor sleep.
Beds not the most comfortable. Hot food on buffet breakfast cold.
