L'hotel piú sporco in cui io abbia mai soggiornata! Il bagno era disgustoso. Ho dovuto pulire la tavoletta del bagno dalla pipí del cliente precedente! Le lenzuola era stropicciate e ho trovato capelli all'interno del letto, come se non le avessero cambiate. Inoltre il pavimento era sporco dell'intonaco che cadeva dal soffitto! Mi dispiace aver prenotato in questo terribile hotel! Come struttura non é male ma gli standard di pulizie sono inacettabili!

It was very pleasant and certainly would recommend to friends and family; letting them know parking
Pros:

Property had all if which I needed and very accessible to downtown and easy travel to all connecting roads to any direction

Cons:

Seeing as there is on the property an open parking lot around the buildings specifically for registered guests…. there definitely should Not be an extra fee…. for the parking… period! It is no more secure( unsupervised) or protected from the current weather than 90% of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at in my lifetime…. that do not charge extra… as in I am using the property parking at my risk….. charging extra swings that risk for any loss onto the property….

Bed comfort, quiet, parking ($10/day for park and fly), inexpensive king room

Cons:

Mixup at checkin, Booking.com not recorded. Hotel fixed it. No airport shuttle until 8am, taxi needed at 5am. Staff did call fot a cab.

Clean and quiet but didn’t like paying for parking
Pros:

Good location near the hospital. Clean

Cons:

Didn’t like being charged $10.00 to park in the parking lot! Which was not even half full. Facility has a parking lot! Why charge people to come and stay there? This fee was not included or shown with booking.com

Hotel was okay staff was awful
Pros:

Location was great for the expo venue which is why we were there.

Cons:

The staff was rude and tried to charge my card even after the room has already been paid for. The money has been pulled from my account and said pending but the funds were pulled from my available balance. Hotel staff said it didn't mean I had paid and that they needed to charge my card for the room a second time and said that it would be refunded after we checked out which did not happen.
