It was one of the more economical places to stay in the area. Not far from the Old Port area.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge.

Cons:

I was suprised that there was a fee to park--especially since it was outside of the downtown area. I was disappointed by the breakfast. The coffee was good.

The room was clean and the location was ideal for accessing several sites in and around the town.

Cons:

The breakfast was not well maintained. The coffee was empty and the countertops were strewn with food debris. There was no one maintaining the space and several guests left the spot seeking breakfast and coffee elsewhere.

Spokojny hotel na pobyt z rodzinami w Portland MA.
Pros:

Pokoje bardzo duże, czyste i przestronne, dobrze przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Łóżka wygodne – wszystko zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Śniadanie samo w sobie miało dobrą ofertę, z możliwością zjedzenia zarówno wewnątrz budynku, jak i na zewnątrz, co było miłym urozmaiceniem.

Cons:

Bardzo rozczarowała nas opłata 10 $ za parking, którą uważamy za całkowicie nieuzasadnioną. Hotel znajduje się poza centrum miasta, w okolicznych uliczkach parkowanie jest bezpłatne i ogólnodostępne, więc pobieranie opłaty za parking przy obiekcie odbieramy jako nie fair wobec gości – nie chodzi o samą kwotę, lecz o zasadę pobierania opłaty w takiej lokalizacji.

Stan sprzątania stanowiska śniadaniowego pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – śmietniki były przepełnione, śmieci się wysypywały, co wyglądało bardzo nieestetycznie i sugerowało brak bieżącej obsługi tego miejsca.

Obsługa na recepcji przy zameldowaniu również nas zawiodła. Gość przed nami był obsługiwany bardzo wolno, mieliśmy wrażenie, że pracownik nie do końca wiedział, jak postępować. Po naszym zameldowaniu dodatkowo zaskoczyło nas pytanie o sposób dotarcia do hotelu, a następnie informacja o konieczności zapłaty za parking – co w tej lokalizacji uznajemy za absurdalne.

More negatives than positives
Pros:

One night into a 4-night stay and I have regrets about booking this hotel. Problems: 1. checking in they tried to charge $20/day for parking in their lot. The parking lot is not secure or covered so charging for that is not justified. I declined and opted to park on the street.
2. The internet is very weak in the rooms, nearly unusable.
3. At breakfast there was only one person working and they couldn’t keep up with the numbers of people. They were out of food and coffee for about 1/2 an hour. There should have been another person working during this easily predictable busy time.
Positives: the room is clean and quiet. Nevertheless I cannot recommend this hotel.

A Nice Place to Stay
Pros:

The hotel is clean, with the exception of the elevator, which could use a sweep and wipe down inside!

I like that in the rooms, the sink is separate from the toilet and tub. There is coffee in the rooms. No nightlight - which I'm finding to be problematic when I need to use the restroom in the middle of the night.
Front desk attendants were helpful and friendly. It was great having an airport shuttle.
