Good. Pool was nice; unable to use due to weather.
Pros:

Breakfast was good; sausage and bacon tasted like it was microwaved. By Monday morning, ran out of fresh fruit. Other items such as yogurt and cereals were plentiful.

kein Roomservice, Mistkübel wurden in 4 Tagen nur 1x entleert. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur Plastikbwcjer und Pappteller, Tische sind schmutzig

It could have been a lot better if the accommodations were met

I called both nights to get extra pillows blankets which was asked at booking as well - at no time were they brought

The filter in the pool wasn’t working - at no time did a staff member come out to attempt to clean all the leaves in the pool after being told. It really sucked because the pool was so dirty - I had to take it all and clean it but couldn’t keep up with the leaves

Parking, if you came in late you had to go through the back. I wish it had a little more lighting. The pillows were really hard and flat

Pros:

The staff are excellent and very accommodating. You can see the difference between someone just doing their job vs. someone who puts care into their work. These people care and it shows. Highly recommended.
