The Staff were very, very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean upon arrival
It was not in a very nice area. It seemed to have many guests that were “long term” residents. The entire 2nd floor reeked like someone had spilled an entire bottle of soy sauce and then rubbed it into the carpet. The tv was very small. The AC unit in the room was extremely noisy. Just overall, a very unpleasant property. I honestly don’t know how it was rated as highly as it was on booking.com
The hotel is well kept.

The manager was rude and dismissive when i brought to her that we checked into a dirty room, I wasn’t offered a cleaner or to change rooms or a reimbursement. I was left to clean it myself.

The room and bathroom very clean.
The property was in a shady and dirty area of the town. Two people were yelling at each other for over an hour outside in the parking lot below my window between 4-5:30 a.m. that kept me awake. I took a walk around a pond in a nearby park on the first afternoon and saw places where garbage has been dumped near the pond.
Nothing at all. The quality has gone down in the last 3 years.
The facilities were not as clean as in previous visits. There were no “Do Not Disturb” signs to hang even though one of the “welcome” card on the night stand clearly states there is one in the room. But the last straw was that the place is infested with ROACHES!! As you will see in my videos.
Room was in need of remail as the ceiling in the shower was crumbing. Breakfast was cold and they were always out of stuff. He asked for housekeeping to come as we only had 3 towels with 5 people on the reservation. We asked for housekeeping to come service the room. They came and only left rolls of sheets on the bed for us to make the beds our self but did nothing else. We had to go to the front desk for towels and they only had 2. We had to have our key reprogramed every day.
