No place to sit outside

The staff were very helpful, they tried their best to help us resolve the reservation issue.

Phyllis at the front desk was awesome!

Our hotel stay was very bad starting from the point when we entered the establishment. We had to wait for a while before the lady came to the front desk to help us and then she treated it as if it was an inconvenience that we were there. The elevator was so dirty and it stunk like old sweat in the hallways as well.. We get to the room and it definitely wasn’t clean very well and the toilet paper roll was half used. The tub was dripping water all night long. The bed was so extremely uncomfortable and springy. Your elbows literally go into the springs. Between the refrigerator and the air conditioner that was so loud we barely got a wink to sleep. The only thing we wanna do was get out of there we go down thinking we’re gonna at least try to grab a bite to eat before we leave Outside. If there was hardly anything to choose from the waffle station was empty and the food was cold so we just gave up and we left. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

My check in was great she was awesome. The hotel had a recent flood and the 3rd and 4th floors smelled bad. I had to request a refund due to the smell because my asthma was kicked into 3rd gear.

The staff was pleasant. The issue was the room
The hotel was doing renovations because of a previous water issue (carpet getting wet). The 1st room we were in tv didn't work. So we were moved to another room. The room and floor had a mildew smell. And there was water damage and mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. Also when the shower was on the water didnt go down the drain. And we were to be contacted by a manager and no one has reached out. And they even forgot to give us a receipt.

Fitness center was worthless.

The plastic on the bed was very loud when moving around felt like i was a little kid with bed wetting problems

We had a dirty, unwrapped coffee cup in our room. It was left over from last occupancy!

Just needs some upgrades fresh paint and new furniture
