Cons:

The first morning of our stay there was no hot water in the shower. We reported this to the desk and they indicated that maintenance work check later when they were in the building. When we returned to the hotel later that evening the person at the desk couldn’t tell us if the issue had been resolved. While we did have hot water that evening and in the morning we were told that the manager would be reaching out to us. We did not hear from the manager.

Comfortable, clean, good location and good, hot breakfast with lots of options.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Good location.

Cons:

Was there during a snow storm, so leaving for dinner wasn't really an option. Bought from little market by checkout and prices were crazy - should of just went out somewhere for way better price and options.

The bed was too hard. The water for the shower sucked turned all the way up still ice cold gets a little warm and as soon as you get in it goes ice cold again. One elevator for 5 floors doesn’t work

Amazing
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome, we ate breakfast there every day we were there!! Parking was good too!! Loved that you guys had big bottles of shampoo and body wash even though I brought my own!

Cons:

The pullout couches are not comfy at all, thats my biggest complaint and only complaint, felt like I was sleeping on the ground in the middle of the woods
