Cons:

Booking.com didn’t disclose that they are not partnered with Marriott. I was told at the hotel that because I had made the reservation through a third party, I would not be recognized as a Marriott member and would not receive points or allowed to use rewards or status. I probably wont use booking again.

Pros:

Hotel overbooked. And didnt get our room i booked a month ahead of time, plus called the day before to confirm reservations and still didnt get room. Had to find another hotel!!!

Pros:

The man at the counter was helpful, although he could not resolve the issue. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

Did not have the double bed room I reserved, and I was forced to buy a second room to accommodate the 3 adults in our party.

The elevator needed repair. The elevator banged when it opened and closed as well as rattled. The room was quite small.

Location was excellent for our purposes. Noise was minimal. Young man at the front desk Fri evening, Sat/Sun morning was cordial and efficient.

Cons:

Mattresses were not up to Marriott standards.
