The lady at the front desk is already nice very pleasant always ready to help .

Cons:

No Breakfast there the Breakfast area is full of stuff its a waste of space .should be used for what its meant for.

They did not deserve three or four stars hi everybody but it says they deserve one or two stars and elevator was broke

I didn’t like that. It said one thing online and it was something else. It was all floors. They had no mats no nothing floor was ice cold. It was stains all over the walls, stains all in the roof and the ceiling OK and the elevator was broke.

Room 127 Caution
Pros:

Being close to my mother in law's home and the hospital she was in.
It kept us out the cold only

Cons:

Room 127 was not at all the best
when you showered the water ran out from the vanity sink drain onto the floor.
Room service had an attitude from hell, asked a simple question refused to answer correctly.
The maids are not friendly and to many live ins, I would not recommend anyone to stay there at all.

Never use this service again!
Cons:

Never stayed there cause I am handicapped and when I arrived I was told there was no working elevator and I’d need to carry my luggage up to the second floor so I canceled both nights reservations and was told to call booking.com for a refund. NEVER GOT REFUND THEY STOLE MY MONEY!
