Pros:

This is short of a 1/2 way house, homeless, drugs, etc. If the State is paying for any persons staying at this Milford Motel 6 they should ask for their money back and tear up their contract. Reservation was not ready. Had to wait 2 hrs pass check-in time. The rudist most disrespectful inappropriate person at the desk. Dirty, didn't clean the rooms. And didn't offer any compensation for their unprofessional acts. Will never stay or tell any one else, not even anyone down on their luck needing a place to stay. Do Not stay at this Motel 6 in Melford. It's diffietly a -1.

Pros:

Very good access to the area. Parking access Good. Night manager was able to put me into my room before my arrival. I had been awake for more than 24 hrs by then, and desperately needed sleep

Cons:

Elevator to 3rd floor not working, also the car was filthy.
Shower/tub plumbing not working-hot and cold water would not mix.
Towels very small and not changed except upon request
"Under renovation" should show some signs of work in progress.
Some staff excellent; others begrudgingly gave service.
Whole thing seems undercapitalized. Not up to Motel 6 standard.
